Well, my coworker was right...the pasta was much better than the pizza. I went with the truffle mac and cheese that came with a small piece of bread and a soda for $5. Keep in mind, that $5 deal was simply because my employer subsidized the rest of the cost. The pasta was cooked nice and al dente and the ground mushroom sauce was creamy and delicious. I appreciated that they served it with some additional S&P, and I liked the added parmesan on the dish as well. Unfortunately though, the "truffle" was only from added truffle oil that was really lacking in this dish. The mac was tasty but it was really missing that truffle flavor.
