The class times worked out great as I was always able to go right after work. During the beginning of the pandemic I transitioned with them from studio classes to virtual and they were great! On 6/20/25, I attended the event. My friend and I entered through the back door from the parking lot and were not told where to go or where to sign in. Our instructor Nic, noticed us in the hallway and showed us where to gather our supplies. Class was good and Nic was great. After class, my friend Ruth was speaking with a gentleman at the front desk. He was asking for her information and trying to charge her for another ticket. We explained that I had already purchased the 2 tickets and showed him the email receipt. We explained that Alex, who I had registered online could not attend last minute so Ruth replaced her. He told us it was ok and that we could go. We would not have left if he told us it was not ok to leave. The next day, I checked my bank account and saw a charge from JaiPure for $36.35. I disputed this with the bank immediately as I assumed it was a mistake. On 7/3/25, I received an email from the studio asking why I disputed the charge. I explained the situation with Ruth and confirmed Alex did not attend. This email was ignored and the dispute was denied. I emailed repeatedly after that requesting a refund to my card and explaining that we were told we could leave the night of the event. The studio refused to hear it. After weeks of arguing, they offered a credit to the studio. I told them this was not acceptable and that I wanted a refund as only 2 people attended the event and 2 tickets had already been paid for. I also argued that my card shouldn't have been on file or used without permission. On 7/30/25, more than a month after the event, my card was refunded $35 (not $36.35). This was a terrible, stressful, time consuming experience that could have been completely avoided if the studio took responsibility for their employee from the start.

I've been to other studios in both the north and central jersey areas and nothing compares. I love their energy and vinyasa flow- it's unique to all the teachers' styles of teaching. The class typically starts with a short guided meditation in order to help you set an intention and focus on your yoga practice. It's always something so relatable, playful, and nothing too serious. That's what really makes the class unique: it's FUN! The energy the teachers and the fellow yogis give off each other keeps you motivated and going (and laughing). The flows sometimes will focus on certain areas in the body, like legs/hips/ abs/ shoulders/ etc., which is really nice when certain parts of your body need attention. Did I mention the music is always on point? What I really enjoy about this yoga studio(/community) is the play in between flows. The teachers will demonstrate how to do more "advanced" poses, along with variations for beginners and more advanced yogis. Things like handstands, arm balance variations, and how to even flow from one advanced pose to another. It's awesome! During these play sessions, the teachers will come around to help you out, and other yogis will most likely cheer you on. It's so sweet- again the energy is fantastic. This studio has a great balance between traditional yoga and this new unique style that you can't find anywhere else. Definitely go check them out. When a business owner (Grace) goes out of her way to NOT greet clients or say hello (and talk poorly behind their backs), it sets the tone for the overall vibe of the place. She continues to be outwardly inconsiderate to her clients and her teachers. She openly spoke to many people about how she canceled a very successful teacher (who needed the job) because that teacher had clients that she deemed "too privileged." Would you want a business owner speaking poorly about you if you were supporting her business? This is the kind of person that Grace is. Ask anyone.
