I had rented (10x20 and 20x20 tents, 20 chairs nd 3 tables all worth of around $$$$) from her this past weekend and she accused us of misplacing one of her 7' tables besides me calling her right away that her workers have not delivered the third table that i asked for and still she had guts to tell us that she would charge us additional for the table. The area she serves are Saint Charles, Geneva, Batavia, and may be areas around it too.

From the very first call to setup and subsequent pickup of the tent, chairs, linens, etc... after the event... Everything was flawless. Chris and his team had it all covered from start to finish. A few things to note since this was being setup in a back yard of a home... -They use barrels of water to secure the tent if spikes are out of the question. This did matter since some competitors use cement blocks that we did NOT want transported over grass for fear of "ruts". As it turns out we did not need weights so it was a moot point but again could have been an issue with competitors. -They will place the order for underground location of utilities (Julie). We jumped the gun and placed the order with JULIE ourselves, but this is part of their standard operating procedure when needed. All equipment was clean and in perfect condition, delivered. and picked up on time. All instructions communicated clearly and concisely. I then picked one up at the Crystal Lake store and found hydraulic fluid leaking in my SUV when I got home. I brought the log splitter back to the store to return or fix the problem. The service person repaired and tested the unit which seemed to be operating. When I again returned home and plugged it in, the hydraulic fluid began leaking all over the garage floor and would not operate! I'm glad I took out the insurance, because I was told that I must have done something to the log splitter! I didn't even put 1 log on it! It's time Ed's Rental spends a little of the proceeds to buy some new equipment to rent, instead of the JUNK that they are renting!!!

I was having backyard pre wedding party for my daughter, they came and got everything set up beautifully the day before, weather app showed no rain so we went with no tents.. I woke up early and went straight to phone to check weather, guess what, 80% percent rain somehow in a matter of hours, I was screwed.. At 6am I called the owner from Luna, his name is Orlando and told him.. he said not to worry, by 8:30 am, he and his crew came and took everything out, put up last minute tents and reset all the lights n tables n chairs etc and somehow got it all done just in time. He saved my day.. I don't know many companies that would do last minute set ups and Luna did and I'm grateful I chose them to begin with.. i dont normally give reviews but under the circumstances, I had to for this experience.. STAY FAR AWAY! I should have read the other reviews, clearly they are running a very shady…read morebusiness with intentions of stealing from their customers. I rented a steer skid and auger attachment for a day to be delivered on Sat. at 9:00am and to be picked up on Sun. at 9:00 am (very clear on my paperwork and from the calls with Don and the guy who dropped the rental off). I attached the section of the invoice that shows the pickup date to the review and just blocked out personal details. On Sunday they did not pick it up by 10am, so I called them and the phone just rang and rang with no answer and no answering machine. I tried to call over 12 times from 10-3:00 pm and all I got was a phone that rang and never answered. Finally, I called and left a message at their algonquin location since they at least had an answering machine. Then on Monday the manager Harley called me to see how long I wanted to keep the rental and I told him it was supposed to be picked up yesterday and I tried calling even though I never was told I had to and he wouldn't even let me speak before he started berating me. He said I never called, and they told me I had to call even though I did but no one answered. He just kept yelling at me and said he was just going to charge me for the extra day the $600 and said I was banned for life. He even changed my invoice to show the pickup day on the copy I signed from Sunday to Monday. When the guy picked up the unit he even said they were supposed to pick it up on Sunday. I will fight this with my credit card company but he essentially charged my debit card without permission and fraudulently. I would stay away and use anyone else unless you want to deal with this unreputable business. Please read the other negative reviews...I wish I would have.

We had been conversing in…read moreemails and received a quote for a bounce house and I had responded asking about insurance for our block party and they didn't respond. Emailed them said we were ready to book and needed to learn about the insurance. Called them to inquire and book and when the lady gave me a totally different quote and wanted to charge over $100 for the insurance she hadn't responded about (5 days before event) told me I was not someone she wanted to work with because I was being argumentative and never sent her and email. I told her I wasn't arguing but I was looking at the email chain and would be happy to show it to her. Meanwhile she continued to not be helpful, raised the quote and couldn't accept the insurance issue or fix the problem. We went to another company and they solved my issue in 3 minutes. Who tells their customers they are rude and argumentative.... ugh
