My husband and I stopped here because he loves sours. He got a flight of them...they were disappointing. I got a Strawberry-Rhubarb Seltzer that was fantastic (and I don't usually like seltzers, but I'm gluten-free, so beer doesn't work). We ended up taking 2 growlers of the seltzer with us. We also patronized the food truck. My loaded waffle fries were very, very good. My husband had the Big Llama burger and said it might well be the best burger he's ever had. Been here several times and never wrote a review?!? Really cool spot with lots of different beers and seltzers. Llama decor is crazy good - I'd put much of it on my wall at home. Plenty of seating indoor and out and good music. Take out cans and growlers to go. Service is always friendly - you can sample anything before buying. We haven't tried the food from their truck yet, so this is only for the bar. We'll keep coming here for sure. read more

The staff handled it well and were moving through the line. We sat at bar. Food truck was busy as well but they text you when food is ready and that was helpful. Chicken wings were HUGE. I went with the Simple beer, which was light and refreshing for a hot day. This brewery is amazing. Great little place with some great craft beers. Was a busy Saturday evening when we went. They have outdoor as well as indoor seating. They allow dogs (or at least dogs were there). Bar service, even crowded was really quick. Opened a tab, their handheld square system was fantastic and had no issues with ordering. Flavors on tap here are insane - pineapple satsuma, strawberry rhubarb, watermelon sorbet, passion fruit margarita - do I need say more?! They're mostly labeled as "seltzers" but theyre all so varied in flavor and profile. The strawberry rhubarb was my favorite, and I tend to have a sweet tooth. This was more like a juice, which can get you in trouble fast lol. You can do 5, 9, or 16 oz. They have a food truck outside and you can order from your phone by scanning a QR code. Plenty of indoor seats with big screens and picnic tables outside. Probably one of the best beers/seltzers I've ever had. Bartenders were really laidback and helpful. I wanted to try the banana kiwi seltzer which is apparently a "love or hate" tap, so the bartender warned me and gave me good recommendations based on my preferences, and she was pretty spot on. 1000% recommend. read more

Great place to go after work and. Dry close to my hotel, within walking distance. Been going here almost nightly to get some fresh beer from one of their 18+ taps. And even better now they have their own food truck called "Hungry Llama". I just had a burger from them and it was great, got all the toppings I wanted and they texted me when the order was ready. We find breweries in every city we visit and Fly Llama is a standout! They are relatively new, little over a year old, but they are dishing out great beer! The space is cute and pretty minimalistic, but they have cornhole and a shuffleboard table so there's lots to do. We ordered the kings cake porter special batch and it really did taste like a King Cake! It was delicious and I'm not normally a porter person. I ordered a flight and went with all of the sour options. They are named after the golden girls which I love. The flavors were interesting and fresh. My favorite though was my next beer...the me llamo llama was fantastic! It was a classic Mexican lager, but SO good. I even got a crowler of it to bring home. They honestly have a beer for everyone from porters to wheat beers to pilsners to IPAs. The bartenders were super friendly and attentive. I also bought a shirt I enjoyed the experience so much. I enjoy visiting LOCAL BREWERIES to see and experience what they have to offer - DRINKS and FOOD, if available. Too bad I've never reviewed one until now. Also, I want to apologize before hand for the lengthiness of this review. This brewery is located right in Biloxi and they have both food and drink, so not only do they offer GREAT tasting drinks (BEERS, SOURS, and SELTZERS) they also have a FOOD TRUCK, the Hungry Llama that is situated right outside serving BURGERS and SANDWICHES, WINGS, SIDES and OLD FASHIONED MALTS. They also serve CRAWFISH BOILS (seasonal)!! The place is obviously going to be full of llama paintings and decorative items to include their tap handles. Yes, LLAMA TAP HANDLES!! The VIBE here is very CHILL and laidback and the BARTENDERS are FRIENDLY, observant, and make it a point to interact with you and even give you advice/opinions on personal situations, if asked. Just delivering the best service possible. Unfortunately, they don't offer tours, but you can view some of the "Behind the Scenes" portion of the brewery through windows. There are screens streaming sports, a shuffle board, and during sunset they set up some cornhole outside. A select variety of canned beverages, merchandise - shirts, hats, and drinking glasses are available for purchase. Being from Hawaii, the first drink that I ordered was the Coconut Lime Ginger seltzer (because everyone knows that people from Hawaii like coconuts and/or pineapples right? Haha!!) which was light and very REFRESHING, especially after being outside in Biloxi's nice, hot and humid weather for anything over 5 minutes. I then ordered a FLIGHT which consists of 5 oz. servings. You can choose as many as you want, but these are the 5 that I chose. MUSCADINE (tasted like a grape Hi-Chew or kid vitamins as one of my friends stated, but I liked it), LLET's GO SHUCKERS (Mango, which was good, just not my favorite), STRAWBERRY RHUBARB (sweet with a hint of tartness, surprisingly I enjoyed this one - I didn't think I'd like it because of the rhubarb. I don't think I've ever had rhubarb, but I liked it), WATERMELON SORBET (very sweet, but good if you're into that), and their MARGERY (Passion fruit margarita sour with a Tajin rim and lime). I enjoyed all of these choices, but my FAVORITE out of this flight hands-down would have to be the Margery. The tartness + just the way the flavor of the passion fruit comes through + the lime and Tajin rim, just = a PERECT combination. I ordered pretty much all Seltzers due to being on a lower carb diet and finished with another Coconut Lime Ginger seltzer just because it was just so refreshing and also because I'm a mule guy and this was pretty much it as a seltzer with a hint of coconut. They offer SAMPLES so you'll get to try before you buy. So, the HUNGRY LLAMA FOOD TRUCK.. I ordered the FLY WINGS with Buffalo and a BIG LLAMA - SMASH PATTY, PULLED PORK, BACON, onion ring, BEER BBQ, BEER CHEESE, lettuce, tomato, pickle. The wings are wings. They're not terrible and they're not anything special, but they are GOOD, especially after having a few. The Big Llama is probably going to be my GO-TO burger for my time being here in MS. The smash patty was cooked PERFECTLY, medium well just like I requested. The pulled pork, probably not the best MS has to offer, but definitely PAIRED WELL with the patty. The bacon, also cooked perfectly with a nice CRISP. But that BEER CHEESE!! The beer cheese took that burger to ANOTHER LEVEL.. They do have picnic tables so you can enjoy your meal right then and there, but I took this order to go and even after a short drive "home" it still tasted awesome. Overall, a GREAT place to come hang out with friends, family, coworkers, maybe even make a few new acquaintances, and they are DOG-FRIENDLY. Their SERVICE was TOP-NOTCH, their DRINKS were AWESOME and REFRESHING, and their FOOD BROKE da MOUF' (HI Pidgin for DELICIOUS).
