My husband and I travel frequently and recently tried FlyEliteClass (FEC) for the first time. Unfortunately, after our experience, we don't think we will use them again. The fare may be lower than some, but you give up frequent flyer miles that you could have earned and their customer service/relations area needs some improvement, especially from Natasha and Andre. We bought two business class tickets through Jason in a recent trip to Australia/New Zealand, via Virgin Australia (co-share with Delta Airlines), from LAX-Sydney, and Auckland-LAX, with stop over in Brisbane on both flights. Jason mentioned in order to keep the fare low, he had to book the economy class from Auckland to Brisbane on our return flight. Additionally, we will not be able to keep the frequent flyer miles with Delta. We were more concerned about our luggage limitation on economy class seats, since a big part of our trip was on a cruise and will have checked bags. Jason said it shouldn't be an issue, since our connecting flight is on a business class and with the same airline, Virgin Australia. On the return day, big problem in Auckland!!! The Virgin Australia check-in counter agent said that since our travel agent (FEC) bought our tickets with two separate transactions, one has nothing to do with the other and, therefore, we will have to use the economy class baggage allowance rule. To add more insult to the wound, Jason bought us "seat only, super-saver" tickets so there is no luggage allowance, period. We were charged $390 for three checked bags. Needless to say, big confusion at the airport, it almost caused us to miss our flight. We do not understand why "super saver" tickets were even contemplated since we were willing to pay for business class seats to begin with. Further more, we don't understand why our tickets were bought with two different transactions, and therefore, causing all the hassle. The airport counter agent said it didn't make sense to them how these tickets were handled. At the minimum, we should have been warned that the economy seats may incur baggage fee since they were bought in two separate transactions. We contacted Jason after we returned home. He was apologetic and said he will look into it and get back to us. We waited two weeks and called again. This time, Natasha answered the call and said Jason no longer works for FEC. She listened to the issue and said that since Jason was no longer employed there, FEC is not responsible for what he did. She also said there is nothing the FEC can do for us, but she will report to the owners and one of them will call us back. Another week went by, no calls, so we followed up. Natasha now appeared irritated and finally said she was authorized to offer a $250 voucher for our future booking with them. We said we were waiting for a return call from one of the owners and no one has contacted us. She finally got Andre on the line; although Andre was polite and also apologetic, he did not offer better explanation nor a more satisfactory resolution. It didn't appear that the FEC is willing to compromise or be responsible for what was done wrong by one of their employees. We turned down the voucher, expressed our disappointment, and indicated we will take our future business elsewhere. read more

Very disappointed with service. First there was no responce to on line inf sent. Then worked with Herb and Eric. Both of them Emailed availability of good tickets at a good price. When I was ready to buy, I was given too many excuses Herb said " he was too busy with Ice storm and rebooking and will call back. There was snow storm and that is true. I'm not one to post negative reviews but this company scammed me and I feel a certain responsibility to the public to let them know. I purchased a business class ticket from Andrey in January and thought I was getting a great bargain. He told me about the 'special contract' that his company had with the airline. What a joke! Well, the "special contract" turned out to be nothing more than this- he purchased my ticket using someone else's frequent flier miles and when I tried to check in at SFO I was told that my ticket was cancelled due to fraud. It's against the terms and conditions of every single airline to sell tickets like this and this is the whole Fly Elite Class business model. I was so embarrassed, and when I tried to call Andrey he wouldn't pick the phone up. I'm in the process of getting a refund through American Express but this has been a nightmare. Thinking of booking with them? Well then you may want to call United Airlines ahead of time and ask them about Fly Elite Class. Actually, call British Airways, call Lufthansa, call whomever your ticket is booked with and ask them point blank- "Am I allowed to fly on a ticket that is purchased through Fly Elite Class?" And the answer is going to be this- "Do you feel lucky?" Fly Elite Class is Fly By Night. I wish I had done my research more extensively before dealing with Fly Elite Class. I was sold fraudulent tickets by this company on Lufthansa Only finding out at the time of check in at the airport. They purchase miles from individuals, and sell you the ticket using those miles. The airlines catch it and you have to end up buying a whole new ticket at check in. read more

Over the past few years I've purchased airline tickets from the Fly Elite Class travel agency in South San Francisco, California. The company lists their official business name appearing on my Visa statement as First Class Choice, Inc. Each ticket, including taxes billed by the airlines, was paid in full using my Chase Visa Explorer card. It was my understanding that the company was offering lower priced tickets as a wholesale travel consolidator. On January 20, 2016 I received a phone call from Lufthansa Airlines informing me that my ticket for June 20, 2016 to October 3, 2016 had been cancelled, and that I wouldn't be given a refund. According to their Fraud Prevention specialist my ticket was issued by Fly Elite Class in violation of the rules and regulations set forth by Lufthansa and most other airlines. She pointed out that every frequent flyer plan specifically prohibits selling, bartering or brokering miles/points in this manner. She brought to my attention that other tickets in my possession were most probably procured by Fly Elite Class using the same method, the use of third party frequent flyer points. Following the cancellation of my Lufthansa flight my concern was with the security of three upcoming British Airline flights In my first contact with British Airlines, the agent assured me on January 21, 2016 that the tickets bore my name and were fine, and that there was no problem associated with using them. This presented the illusion that all was in order. Suspecting that this could not be the case, I requested to speak with their fraud division. Both my frequent flyer account with Lufthansa's partner, United, and British's partner, American, show no transactions related to these tickets in question that were purchased through Fly Elite Class. In my discussion the following points were brought forth: * Upon further investigation I was told that the mileage points necessary to procure these above-mentioned British Airlines tickets came from my account. The truth of the matter is that I never opened a frequent flyer account with British Airlines nor have I ever flown enough British flights to have accumulated such a large number of points necessary to get so many first and business class tickets. The account was registered in my name in May 2014 by Fly Elite Class. British Airlines revealed that Fly Elite Class most probably set up an account in my name, after having deposited the necessary number of third party frequent flyer points. * British Airlines indicated that there was an American Express account set up under my name. On October 1, 2016, 180,000 points were transferred. Years ago in fact I had an American Express credit card with Delta which was subsequently closed. * A false email address was also set up. They were basically stealing my identity. * I was informed that the British Airline office had received a phone call from an unidentified caller saying that he was me. When unable to answer security questions the individual immediately hung up. Fly Elite Class lists an Australian telephone number on their web site (1.800.132.236). My agent told me that this was a fake number and there was no Australian office; it actually rings in their San Francisco office. This attests to their questionable business practices. A number of fraud investigations have subsequently been conducted by Lufthansa and British Airways. Lufthansa concluded: " I would like to clarify that First Class Choice, Inc., doing business as Fly Elite Class and Top Business Class are not authorized sales agents for Lufthansa Airlines. We have advised the business owner in writing that they are to cease and desist from misrepresenting themselves to the public as agents of Lufthansa, as well as selling mileage tickets in violation of the terms and conditions of the Miles and More program, and to remove any all all logos and references to Lufthansa Airlines which are trademark protected." How much longer will this company sell third party FF points, attempt to buy third party FF points and steal individual's identity? read more

Very deceptive business. They told me that I would earn mileage for my ticket purchase but thats not true bacause they booked my ticket using their own mileage and then my ticket was cancelled. And when I tried to get a refund they don't answer the phone or return my email. The fraud investigator from United airlines told me that this company under investigation. The way that these people get your ticket price so low is simple- they book it using someone else's frequent flier miles, which is against the terms and conditions of every single airline. In a nut-shell, I purchased a ticket from these people recently and it was cancelled by American Airlines because it was purchased using a bogus mileage account. Got first class tickets return Perth to London and on my way home all the tickets were cancelled! Was stuck at London Heathrow! My partner had all her tickets! No telephone number from London to contact them? Had to rebook all my flights that morning which cost a huge amount of money as last minute and they wouldn't even reimburse me! Absolutely shocking! BUT AT WHAT COST? My history, as described below, bears out the truth that 'one can't get something for nothing' and 'if it's too good to be true, it probably isn't' MY HISTORY A recent email from Lufthansa Airlines informed me that an upcoming first class ticket had been cancelled on me. The reason according to their representative - the Fly Elite Class of South San Francisco, California procured my ticket using others' frequent flyer points. The bad news was that I would lose my ticket and not be reimbursed. Things get worse. Afraid that the air marshals would pull me off several planned upcoming British Airways flights, I called to check on the status of these tickets. To my surprise all was fine, fine until the representation questioned me further. Within moments I was transferred to a supervisor, then to the fraud department and before long was hearing words like, 'You've been involved in an unethical maneuvering of activity'. What they opened was a can of worms. The British Airways fraud department discovered that Fly Elite Class, in acting without my knowledge or approval, was basically stealing my identity. * The mileage points necessary to procure these above-mentioned British Airways tickets came from a false frequent flyer account, an account I never opened. I've never flown enough British flights to have accumulated such a large number of points necessary to get so many first and business class tickets. The account was registered in my name by Fly Elite Class. British Airlines revealed that Fly Elite Class most probably set up an account in my name, after having deposited the necessary number of third party frequent flyer points. * British Airways indicated that there was an American Express account inappropriately set up under my name without my approval or knowledge. Despite my financial compensation, I'm submitting a claim because I'm concerned that others might be abused by Fly Elite Class in the same manner in which I was through the: * Violation of the rules and regulations set by airlines regarding frequent flyer programs, * Taking possession of my identity by opening of an account under my name, securing a false credit card account and creating a false email address, calling under my name. read more

I was very unhappy with Fly Elite Class. In October I started working with Eric to book a February flight to Australia and New Zealand. This was my first experience with Fly Elite. When the initial flight plans were made I was very dissatisfied with the return flight arrangements, but Eric assured me that this would all change before time for the trip. As time went on Eric continued to assure me that I would be booked on another flight and at one point he said that I had reservations on another flight. This all proved to be untrue. The week before flight time I still did not have a seat assignment and still did not have a satisfactory return flight, and then Eric disappears and Natasha takes over. She did respond to me but was never able to help we with my return flight. My return departure time was changed, and I was never notified by Fly Elite. Consequently, I had already booked another flight for a portion of my return and then had to cancel this flight. I had booked this flight at a much cheaper price than quoted to me by Natasha. Because I was not notified of the time change for the flight I had to cancel my reservation and ended up losing that money. All of this was extremely stressful and unpleasant. I would have had a much better experience if I had not booked with Fly Elite. read more

I thought FlyEliteClass gave me a really good price for Business Class from SFO-SE Asia. I agreed to their price, signed their required on-line agreement with all my credit card information, believed it was a firm contract --- and then got a phone call an hour later telling me that the cost was actually now $200 more! They gave me the option of paying the additional $200 or canceling my contract. They could have offered me credit for a future flight, split the difference with me, or afforded me some other accommodation to keep my business. But they did not. I then purchased the same ticket for $100 more than the original price from another agent. I feel like they owe me $100. Not a way to treat someone making a $3600 purchase. In fact if they had told me about the "pay $200 for $500 coupon" that I just saw on Yelp, that would have taken care of the problem and they would have a satisfied repeat customer. read more
