They were booked out on full details (interior/exterior). But they had a last minute cancellation the next day and called me up to fit me in. I dropped it off and picked it up the same day. Scott even drove from him his home back to work after hours to give me keys since I was running late. The job was pretty immaculate. All the nooks and tight spaces were taken care of and it looks like I had just bought the car again. They seem to be a very detail oriented, customer pleasing business. Would definitely return and recommend family and friends to get their detailing done here. It cost $195 (I tipped) which is a great deal as most would know that this level of detail would cost at least $75-100 more Olay other locations. For reference in my pictures, this is a 2016 Mercedes.

I have every right to purchase a single service without being pressured or mistreated for declining a subscription. I have spent money with your company and did not expect an employee to speak to me this way. I would like this incident addressed by management and would appreciate a response regarding how this will be handled.

I was looking for a laundromat in the area, and I saw This business pop up. After reading the good…read morereviews I decided to give it a go. This laundromat is open 24/7 which is always a connivence. It's very neat and clean and the machines are a great size. For washing, prices depend on how many pounds you use. So, for example I used the washers that can fit up to 30 lbs. I paid $3 per load for 28 minutes. I ended up washing 3 loads of laundry, so I only paid $9! HOWEVER, it's important to note that there is a $10 hold per load if you use your debit/credit card. So when I checked my account, $30 was taken out. I called the laundromat to see why this was and the owner John (I believed) called me back in a fair amount of time and explained that the holds only lasts 2 hours. Since I used my debit card, I'll probably get that money back tomorrow (Monday). As for drying, loads are only 25 cents for 12 minutes, so I put in 50 cents and was able to dry for 24 minutes. I think this will be my go to laundromat while I'm in Ohio. The prices are reasonable, it's clean, and the machines get the job done! Also, the owner is responsive, that's always a plus!

He filled out a damage report. I let him know I nev heard of this happening as amember of flying ace for a long time. he said it is the powerfully blowers that do it. I was supposed to get an update the next day never happened. 9/20 went back and I told her I want a call be 9/22 from someone who can make a decision. I got a call from store employee edward's that since the car is older than 6 years old claim is denied. Why didn't someone say something earlier. I am on FB and interested in other damage reports.
