They serve up 16" pizzas, sangos (sandwich), salads, wings, empanadas, and bottled drinks. The prices are moderate high. The place is order at the counter and there is table seating in this space. I stopped by Flying Boar Pizza in Walpole for lunch takeout. They did not have pizza slices available during this visit. I ordered the Chicken Cutlet Chimi Sango ($14 cash) which was ready to go in about 10 minutes. The sango had a deep fried crisp chicken cutlet with marinated cabbage, pickled onion, confit tomato, mayo "kachu" between warm soft telera brioche bread. I've been here 4-5 times trying to grab food for coworkers during our lunch break, and every single time I've been told they're out of whatever I try to order. It's confusing because the place never seems that busy. The last straw was coming in for pizza slices and being told they didn't have any--at a pizza place. The food itself is actually really good, which makes it even more frustrating. Unfortunately, the management and inventory issues make it not worth the hassle. read more

Amazing pizza. Best in the area without question. The chef/owner is a pizza scientist and knows what he's doing. The crust is thin and crispy, and toppings are delicious. We only had the pizza, but we can't wait to go back and try the wings, sandos, and empandadas. read more

I have never really been a fan of Pizza until I had Pizza from the Flying Boar in Walpole!!!! IT IS DELICIOUS!!!!! Never had anything like it before! The Crust is thin, light and crisp and not doughy. I have been there twice and have been greeted with respect and gratitude from the 2 gentleman that were working there. We also had a Empanada! Waited 1 1/2 hours for pizza. We ordered by phone and were told 45 minutes. We arrived at 45 minutes, waited 30 minutes more, went up and asked and they still had not put it in the oven. And it wasn't cooked as ordered. First visit a couple weeks ago the pizza tasted good. Really like the crust but.... No take out pizza is worth that frustration. read more

Can't comment on their food because I never got it. Complete disaster from the ordering and customer service perspective. First, we had to call the order in after searching for an online menu, because they don't even have a website. How do you not have a website in 2026? How do you not have online ordering when you offer food in 2026? Then they got the order wrong (argued with me about it - at which point I couldn't help thinking, "well maybe if you had an online ordering capability, we would know for sure what was ordered"); then didn't put it in the ovens for 45 minutes; then showed zero empathy. I walked out on them and told them to keep their food. Will never go back there. I predict they'll be gone in a year. read more
