I canceled my membership, as instructed on the last day of the month, only to be drafted on the 3rd. When I called to ask, I was told we can process a refund, but it will take 15 days. No apologies for drafting, no attempt to make it right on their end. Constant decline in the service of this gym, and then the absolute lack of sympathy for their mistake, has only solidified the decision to cancel with Amarillo Town Club.

Email address forwarded, and still no answer. From the Consumer on Tuesday, April 11, 2023 Manager called on April 4th, explained what happened and she stated she would make this right and call me back the next day. Update on April 11th no call back. From the Consumer on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 The manager did contact me, but said would be back to me in a few days, a week later I called back was told 2 more days as the person they needed to speak with was away on vacation. 2 weeks later still waiting on that phone call.

As a single mother I wish that they had family locker rooms like I have seen at other high end gyms. My 3 year old son and I were going to the pool on a Sunday so the kid area was closed. I got reprimanded by an employee for having my toddler in the woman's dressing room with me. With no place else for us to go change together that kinda seemed unreasonable.

Gina is also a very talented and exceptionally trained instructor to have. She did a flow sequence where we went from one move immediately into another. She paid attention to all my moves and helped with adjustments if I did something wrong or my body wasn't responding correctly. I highly recommend visiting this studio if you are starting out in a Pilates practice or a full on expert level looking for a solid workout. The workout today helped relieve some back pain and help with my mobility after travel. I'm looking forward to seeing Gina again the next two days I am in town. Again, highly recommend and can't say enough positive things about this place. I've been to numerous studios (mostly in SF) and can definitely tell when someone knows what they are doing.
