The club over books online; however, when luckily I go inside the studio there are empty beds. It's too much stress, they expect you to cancel before 12hr and you can be booked over night for being on the waitlist, and then if you cancel, you get charged. Pfff.. First time I arrived 7 minutes late to the class cuz life happens but they didn't care they took that class point of my credits. And if you don't find a class to schedule your classes don't roll over to the next month. Don't waste your time and money at this place, on top of that they are expensive but they want you to do all the cleaning as well.. You must clean after each class like if you not paying enough money so they can hire someone else to do it.. They will not let you cancel the membership they are so friendly when you want to sign up but if you want to cancel is a hustle. CLASSES ARE FINE NOTHING YOU CAN FIND IN ANOTHER STUDIO.

It's a shame that the owner/management has let this gym go down hill so much over the years. I have…read morebeen at this gym for 12 years, and made the decision to switch gyms. The staff looks like they hate their lives when walking in, the hours are constantly changing and they do not open on time. When they changed the hours it was because "they couldn't find anyone to work that shift" the manager then proceeded to say "she doesn't want to work that shift so she changed the hours." The flooring in the classroom area is horrible and for sure a safety issue. The private room which has holes in the walls. The machines are Alway broken. The cleaning staff does not clean. Mirrors and floors are always dirty along with the locker rooms showers. The hot tub/ sauna is always broken. The treadmills have tears in the matt's and two out of there six stair climbers don't work! The list with this gym can go on and on. For a membership that's pricey you expect better. Most definitely do NOT recommend this gym!
