I stopped at this flying J, and used the bathroom this unpleasant worker came inside the bathroom to tell me they had to clean the bathroom and I was taking too long that I had to get out, I yelled at her and she left I was so angry like we had a time limit to use the bathroom bitch !!!, now u know when u drive trucks u want to go brush do ur hair and take ur time, I felt rushed, mad and I didn't even wanted to shop there for the things we needed, or put Fuel/deff very horrible morning hate that place!!!! they should be trained on customer service and making them feel welcome not kicking them out of the bathroom at 12:30 pm bc they have to clean it. (bitch) if there is a time limit tell people before they go in or clean your fucking bathroom when is not that many people or earlier or have a girl clean it not a man, will never go back to this place!!!! read more

I mean as far as gas stations/ convenience stores go, this is the best we've been to so far. Super clean, friendly staff, friendly customers, super cold drinks and a big selection of coffee and other self-serve drinks. They have a lot of merchandise to buy if you want to bring gifts home for your loved ones, a cinnabon, subway, deli with fried chicken and a 24 hour dennys. Out back they have a huge parking area for big rigs, their own easy access fueling station and a lounge area for drivers. So cool! read more

Love stopping at this Flying J to release a demon out my ass (take a huge dump) and to refresh myself with a cold beverage then go get a foot long cookie at the Subway - makes for a wild ride after fueling up! Stopped for gas and restrooms. Restrooms were closed. BOTH women's restrooms were closed. Only one men's restroom was open. Not sure how long they had been closed, but I waited 20 mins. The worker that was cleaning one of the women's restrooms came out to his cleaning cart and he said another 10-15 mins before one is open!!! Absolutely ridiculous and a huge inconvenience. How do you have NO restrooms for women to utilize for this long amount of time. read more

Decent gas prices (not as good as Costco in ABQ, but that's to be expected, and the prices are definitely better than when you cross over into AZ). I stop here to gas up going to or from AZ because it's convenient, there is food if I need it, and there are clean bathrooms. It's everything I look for in a place to get gas on a roadtrip. The Subway is a good subway too. I haven't been to the Denny's or used the convenience store. read more

This Flying J advertises that they are RV friendly but there are parking spaces in front of the motorhome while pumping the gasoline and ours is only 35'. This is deceiving. As far as the amenities are concerned we did not use them so I cannot give a fair review regarding them. read more

Lots of food options, even while traveling during COVID-19. Hot food behind plexiglass, hot sandwiches, prepackaged options in the warmers, Subway, Cinnabon, and Denny's. Fresh salads and cold snacks in the cases. Minus 1 star (probably more like 1.5 stars) because the bathrooms were disgusting. They were just starting to clean them though so maybe I just came at the wrong time. Everyone was wearing masks and gloves, which was nice. There were tons of souvenirs and even a Post Office! I had a horrible experience at Jamestown,NM 87347. Went to use the facility RR mens witness an individual washing his feet in the sink. Reported to the staff on hand 01-10-24 lady wearing a grey shirt manager possibly? They exchanged a few words let the individual get in line to make a purchase but did not one time enter the bathroom for cleaning. read more

This was one of the nicer travel stops we had cone across on our move to CA! It was nice to see a subway, store, post office, Denny's all connected! The bathrooms were clean although I kept hearing people say a toilet was plugged up. The workers were right on it though so I wonder if they need to invest in better toilets or plumbing! read more

Two stars because the traffic just to get to the place is horrible! It's been like that for awhile. I had to wait in traffic line for almost 20 mins on the off ramp!! Customer service is not great. My husband and I are driving cross country from N.C. to AZ. When ever we do road trips like this, I always like to stop at either pilots, loves or flying j. They are never over crowded and it's always easy to drive in and out. This location was pretty clean! We made a quick restroom stop and decided to fill up the car as well. The bathrooms were extremely neat! I love that. I hate going into any restroom where it's filthy and stinks. This place did a great job at making sure everything was neat, clean and smelling good. This Station had a lot of choices when it came to snacks, drinks, food and merchandise. It's always great to have plenty of choices. Check out was simple and quick. The cashier was super friendly. I really enjoy this Flying J. A great store with lots of selection of both food, snacks, and travel stuff. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. The store has always been clean on the inside. There is a ton of parking outside and they are RV friendly. I've stayed overnight here on a few occasions and never had a problem. The parking areas are well lit and it can fill up fast. In regards to their hot food items, they have been just that, hot! When I'm traveling east or west, I make sure to stop here for fuel and of course a good hot cup of coffee and some snacks. read more

Bathrooms have small stalls. I'm tall so I notice that sort of thing. That said, this place has everything you could possibly need. EVERYTHING. Even a Post office. Lots of registers so the wait is not long and the place was bustling with activity. Most memorable are the people...a very friendly and welcoming community that was reflected in both the employees and the clientele. A great stop and I picked up some nice souvenirs too! read more

They need to fix their junk keypads. Need a shower and there's a sign that says water heater down so I went to get fuel and the keypad doesn't work. Other driver having problems too. Been standing in line ten minutes. Fuel islands packed. read more

Great Experience ,Best Travel Shower. The staff were so courteous and nice (especially Rochelle and Eli). I felt disgusting after 20+ hours on the road. The shower were ready QUICK and CLEAN. One of my favorite flying j across the country. About the only decent thing in New Mexico. Lots of truck parking with enough room to maneuver around. Showers are modern and clean. This was a stop on my drive back to Phoenix from Chicago. It was a nice facility in the middle of no where so it was kind of an Passos if you can call it that. They have all your typical truck stop amenities which were nice. I would stop here again if I needed a snack and a bathroom break. read more
