I was using the potable RV water to fill up my work truck like I do in every city I travel to and this is the only time I've ever had a problem. Shortly after hooking up my hose, Jamie angrily walked up to the water pump and shut it off without saying a word to me. Then when I got out and asked what was wrong he told me that I can't do that and to go home. I explained that I was traveling on the road for work and I've done this at other locations across the country without a problem. He then said it costs Pilot so much money to fill water tanks and when I asked how much should I pay then he scoffed me away and told me to leave. I asked what the purpose of the water station was and all he said was "not this" he was the rudest person I've ever met. There's a way to talk to people and he needs to learn how to do it. read more

These employees are LAZYYY! The drinks from the fountain machines ARE ALWAYS OUT! EVERYTIME! When you let them know they take forever to change it. This truckstop is filthy... There is grime & slime under the racks in the coolers. There is loose trash on the floors throughout the store. There are chicken bones & other loose trash scattered on the patio and sidewalks outside. And the Manager is just standing around & joking with people, instead of managing & maintaining his store. read more

Security guards are young careless untrained children with AR15's. They wave them around at customers and even threaten to use them. Pilot is in the know and simply doesn't care about their customers safety. There are Loves and a TA within walking distance that do care and practice proper training and safety read more

Found several used rubbers in the filthy parking lot that smelled like an outhouse. Reported an oil puddle to maintanence personnel and got brushed off. Finally went to manager but still took over an hour to get some oil dry. Corners in showers were disgusting. Lady tending coffee area acted like I was bothering her when I politely asked for assistance. Fuel islands were in dire need of sweeping. Almost all of trash containers were overflowing. read more

Wow! No sneaking in the showers here! I was taking mine and heard the employees banging on another door demanding the man inside to show his receipt. As I was leaving, (1/18/14) two billyclubbed Dallas's finest po po's were yelling through the door and about to nab him. True story - scouts honor. Don't lose your receipt!! Side note: im betting if you needed a shower that badly that any one of the 100+ truckers in the lot would gladly give you one they earned from their fuel card. Thats just stupid! read more
