Had a jalapeno bacon croissant and it was life changing. I've been eating crap croissants my whole life and had no idea. Served room temp., I pulled it out of the bag and had a nice appearance but felt crispy and I was a bit concerned it would be dry. I had had faith and was rewarded when my bite passed through the crispy but delicate flakey outer layer and into the soft, rich and buttery interior. With the perfect amount of fill to not overpower the pastry, the bacon and jalapeno brought my tastebuds to new heights. Blissful it was for a short time as I mowed through it with abandon, and though satisfying I was left wanting... another day I shall return. read more

Went in for 2 hot chocolates and 1 mocha. I recommend Stick to the hot chocolate, has actual flavor unless you enjoy recycled coffee grounds. I purchased a large mocha, handed me a 12ounce cup with frothy milk and maybe some form a flavorless chocolate. Maybe they are trying this new coffee made from mushrooms thing.....never again. Definitely not like it was downtown Boise years ago! Yes I returned the first cup thinking they made a mistake and forgot to add shots....nope, no mistake, mocha without espresso shots or chocolate! First time stopping by was a great experience! My husband only likes ice blended drinks, and he has not had a good ice blended coffee since we moved to Idaho. Flying M changed that! I ordered a latte and it was perfect, not too sweet like a lot of places tend to do. We got 2 cookies to go, they looked so good I couldn't pass them up. Yesterday I decided to try something different and so bought a kahuala flavored Italian soda. It was surprisingly delicious, and I will definitely buy it again. My only issue is that lately the quality of their cookies has dipped. In the past, I would buy a cookie and it would taste amazing, but recently they have tasted ashy and spoiled. I don't know what changed, but their coffee is just as good as it's always been. read more

Just back from Italy, so I was looking for an espresso fix. This was my first visit to this location. To my pleasant surprise, My espresso and croissant was almost as good as what I had in Italy and it was just about the same price. The staff was nice and friendly too. Nice shop. Do NOT fail to fly into this coffee shop! We stopped for a "quick" coffee and ended up spending a rushed hour; there was so much to take in, including their variety of brewing machines (the pick one is awesome!), fabulous pastries, a wall of plants and art, and a unique section of gifts. Super cramped space. I get that coffee shops are trying to be trendy but this one has very bad seating options. The quality of drinks, on the other hand, is pretty good. I would go here only if other coffee shops were closed. Also, Nampa's Flying M is the best if y'all are considering other options in Canyon County! read more
