Ordered a cappuccino that took an extra long time to prepare - especially considering the lack of customers. The cappuccino was more of a plain latte - lacking foam or milk structure - this was surprising considering the "european coffee house" branding. As a cappuccino lover - would not order again. The service staff appeared uninterested in the timing or delivery of the service, food, or beverages.
