    Latte Menu

Cool coffee place (they have food items & Red Bulls & teas too) in a small, older redone building in Star. I have come here several times and love the coffee here. The parking here is tight but doable alongside their drive thru. Just be aware entering & exiting the roadway. Their coffee menu is extensive. If you can think of it they probably already have and it is being made here. See their menu Board and also the latte menu and mocha menu. (See my pics of those) You are greeted warmly when you enter and the baristas get to work & make your drink and bring it out to you. You can sit inside, outside on the deck/ patio or at tables in front if you want to watch the traffic go by. Very comfortable, casual spot to meet a friend , family or a business colleague. Small restroom inside and napkins on table round out this comfortable experience. Prices seem high but you are supporting a local business so there is that. The price though includes someone handcrafting your selected drink and carefully making sure it is made to perfection. Some employees remember you and welcome you back. Sometimes they even put a chocolate covered coffee bean on your drink lid. I would definitely recommend this place and will be back!

This place is great!! I LOVE their coffee drinks! My favorite is the Iced Carmel Macchiato with soft top. It is probably my favorite in the whole valley so far! They also have delicious breakfast wraps if you're looking for a small meal. I love to get their homemade raspberry scones, and ask them to warm it just a bit - DELICIOUS! If you're questioning whether to try this place out, consider this your sign to GO! Stop what you're doing and go! AND..If you're looking for a place to get a coffee drink and study, this place is great for that. One of my go to's!

Fantastic coffee! Everyone enjoyed their drinks. Super friendly staff and clean coffee shop. The parking is a bit tight and it's easy to miss the place, so pay attention.

    Large menu!

Friendly staff, great coffee and lots of flavor options! I was impressed by the amount of flavor options they have, there's over 30!

Menu photos because I had a hard time finding it online.

Good coffee at a decent price. They have specialty flavors as well. They have an outside and inside eating area as well.

Thank goodness for living in a rainy city ..I had prepared all my life for this moment. When we…read morearrived, it was absolutely pouring, and being from the Pacific Northwest, we didn't think twice about waiting in line .As soon as the rain let up, though, the line grew dramatically, so we were glad we had stuck it out. The bakery itself is small, but the display case is anything but. It's packed with beautifully crafted pastries, each one more tempting than the last. Honestly, everything looked worth trying. We settled on the Rose Croissant and the Lox Croissant Sandwich, and both were excellent. The rose croissant was a standout with the rose flavor delicate yet present in every bite, which is rare for floral pastries. It never became overpowering or faded into the background or tasted artificial. The true star of the meal, however, was the lox croissant sandwich. It was absolutely stellar and one of the best savory pastries we've had in a long time. The coffee was just okay, but that was fine because the pastries completely stole the show. The staff worked quickly despite the steady stream of customers. There is a bit of seating both indoors and outdoors, although most people seemed to be taking their orders to go ,perhaps because of the weather. If you're visiting, come for the pastries. They're absolutely worth the wait.

If you're like us and like specialty coffee flavors like salted caramel, lavender, honey, etc., this probably isn't the spot for your coffee fix. That said... the pastries are absolutely worth the visit! Everything we tried was beautifully made and delicious. Just a heads up: it gets very crowded and busy, so I'd recommend arriving early or going in with a little patience. It's not typically a quick grab-and-go stop, but the pastry treats make it worth slowing down for!

The walk-in store is fairly small: maybe four or five different kinds of pastries and a couple of breads. Simple and quite nice. I got a Kouign-Amann. About the size of a muffin. Wow. Just perfect. Also a Gruyere-ham croissant. Sooo good. Cinnamon roll wasn't overly sweet, a little dry for me. Coriander-rye bread is the best rye I have ever had. Ok, I am not much of a rye person. I am sure I will be back every week. Will upload some pictures.

It is a shame to see the quality of this product diminish, so quickly and thoroughly, but it has. I have brought Gastons sourdough bread as gifts, to other foodies, across this country, but today, wouldn't put my word on the product being produced. What was once a chewy, hole riddled, tasty and sour, sourdough recipe, is now, glorified white bread, except the flour being used for the past year or so, is "YELLOW", and so is the bread, baked to no attempt at a uniform degree of doneness. Sad, truly sad, whether it's poor management causing the use of substandard labor and ingredients, ownership lost it's once impeccable quality control, or ownership changed, and Gastons is now sold out to a lousy commercial bakery, such as "Franz". Not to mention, a loaf now runs almost $11. I'll pay $11 for a quality food product, but not yellow, "white bread" baked with no passion or love. Like most companies today, Gastons has failed at adjusting to today's business challenges and lost managerial control. I hope ownership returns to doling out their own Q.C. as their bakers and current management, surely have zero care about the product that is being sold. A shame for sure, and additionally, I used to downright crave the chocolate almond croissant, until it shrunk 50% in size, while increasing 60% in cost. Only poor management, and the lack of not wanting to sink one's complete time and energy into a company, would lead to ridiculous cost increases, and dramatic product deterioration. Good luck, but much like quitting buying croissants, when the product didn't match the cost, I will need to seek out a different sourdough loaf, from now on. Thanks for the few years of stupendous sourdough that I got to experience, but I'm afraid that is just another lost memory. I feel for any business owner today, as today's workers, are more interested in anything other than the tasks at hand, in front of them, and the survivability of the folks that employ them.

The 9-grain mustard completely overpowered the other flavors, making it difficult to enjoy the sandwich as a whole. That said, the bread was excellent, and the chicken was incredibly tender--it really could have been a great sandwich with a better balance of flavors. Even with that disappointment, we'd definitely come back and simply ask them to leave off the mustard next time. We're also looking forward to trying some of their take-and-bake items, especially the chicken pot pie and lasagna, which looked fantastic!
