I have never had a better city tour experience, or a more attentive, sensitive, personable, professional guide. I felt like I was visiting a friend, and getting to share her day as she visited with her friends. On my most recent visit I scored a bargain from the sale cart and got a hardcover on my TBR list for 20% off. They also have a nice selection of gift items and stationary. A great place to spend an afternoon browsing through all the rooms.

There is even a concierge there to answer any questions about services or restaurants, perhaps because the building once housed the Lancaster Visitors Center. A charming place with international cuisine, including Indian, Greek, Jamaican, Asian, and Moroccan, to name a few. The food hall is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Lancaster has plenty of affordable parking in the Hager lot or several parking garages. I find using a parking App helpful.

The staff were wonderful to work with and the food was fun and tasty. I can't say enough about the experience. It's handicap accessible with tons of free parking. Truly beyond a 5 star experience!!

A fun and educational place to bring the kids to. Almost everything is interactive which is great…read more The place isn't huge per say, but you can easily spend 2-4 hours here. The space is separated into different stations and has a nice flow to it. We came on the weekend and although there were a lot of people, it never felt overcrowded or that that there was too long a wait for any of the exhibits. Admission is $13 per person which I think is fair. Overall my kids had a lot of fun and we would love to come back again in the future.

Friendly, fast, helped us understand what was good. Just awesome. 2. The meal was great! The caramel burger with caramel bacon and caramelized onions was literally the best burger I've ever had.
