worst customer service I've ever seen in my life. First I ordered it August one sweater. They told me 3 to 4 business days. Then I get an email saying the sweater was out of stock and I have to wait 4 to 6 weeks. I go to the store they give me a phone number for customer service and an email you called the phone constantly busy haven't heard a business signal in over 15 years then I go to send an email on the card and it says email address invalid. When I originally went there in August, I left after spending $500 with no problems. I recently called just to double check if you had an item in stock since you are not shipping to home this entire month, and the attitude I received from the girl who answered the phone was disgusting. I'm sorry if i wanted to check BEFORE I drove an hour to pick up an item for my daughter. I'm sorry that the simple fact that as customers we spend HUNDREDS of dollars in that store on uniforms is an inconvenience to your employees. The fact of the matter is, the item is located right at the registers. All this girl had to do was physically turn around and look. You should be ashamed at the way that girl is talking to her customers. She literally said "I don't have time for this. This is so annoying." Are you kidding me? read more

Not many days are less looked forward to at my house than school uniform shopping day. The annual trip to Flynn & O'Hara's fills everyone with dread. But not this year. This uear's visit was unbelievably painless, ( not so painless on the wallet) but the experience itself was a breeze this year. How did that happen , you might ask ? In a word -Nicole ! The girl that took care of us from start to finish was the best . Pleasant , patient, knowledgable and eager to please. She made our visit a walk in the park. My family is so happy that we can shop for uniforms at FlynnO'Hara. Since we are a University School family, the location is perfect. The service is outstanding each time we go in. The uniform shirts, shorts, fleece and pants are priced the same every time we go in to shop. My daughter enjoys the comfort and quality of the clothing especially since we have not experienced and shrinking problems. We look forward to a pleasant back to school shopping experience each year!
