About a week out from the wedding we came to try our suits on as they were delivered for his special day. The first picture me (the better looking one/ no beard) had some minor issues, suit jacket was too tight around waist the shirt was tight which you can't see and the pants a bit too short as they hover about an inch or two above my shoes. My brother the groom (beard and muscle) had a major problem with his pants as you can see. Everything else seemed to be pretty okay except he wanted a new jacket as the other didn't fit right either. At first I was a bit concerned but then I understood this seems to be a trial and error thing. Luckily we came in with time to spare as stuff had to be re ordered and sent in. Pricing seemed a bit high to be at about $260 per tuxedo rental (everything included) but the quality seemed nice and the tuxedo looked sharp. Bradley and Layne helped us out they were awesome. Super accommodating and pleasant, whatever we needed they were there to assist. I am still waiting to get my suit for my brothers big day and will give and update then.

I came in as part of a wedding party to be fitted for a rental suit. During the fitting, the associate (an younger woman) actually insulted the groom's choice of suit. If the suit is so unworthy, why is it being sold and rented by the store? It was incredibly unprofessional and completely unnecessary. When I came back to pick up the suit, I was helped by a younger gentleman who was pleasant and gave me the suit bag. I tried it on and waited for someone to come take a look in case anything needed adjustment, but all of the staff vanished. No one was on the floor. After a long wait, I gave up and decided it would have to do. After changing back into my clothes, I packed the suit back into the bag. Still no one around, so I flagged down a tall male associate to check me out. Instead of helping, he snapped at me for packing the suit up myself, something no one had told me not to do. He rolled his eyes, groaned, and repacked it himself. Then, when I mentioned I could always iron the shirt if needed, he cut me off and barked "DO NOT IRON OUR STUFF!!! STEAM ONLY!!" in a raised voice and a hostile tone. Again no one ever told me prior that I couldn't iron the shirt. Completely uncalled for. To make things worse, the return policy required me to drop the suit off the very next day, on a Sunday, after a late wedding where I was nowhere near a store. No flexibility, no courtesy. The whole experience, from being talked down to, to being yelled at, to the complete absence of customer service, was unacceptable. If you're considering renting for a wedding or important event, look elsewhere. There are online rental companies and other formalwear stores that understand the importance of these occasions and treat their customers with basic respect. This location did not.

A quick call to the manufacturer dispelled this as a lie- the pants were regular stock items and available in the size/style/color that I wanted. Seriously folks?!?

Feet First sells a wide range of skateboarding shoes as well as Ughs. The have lots of t-shirts, jeans and shorts that are designed to represent the skateboard culture. Feet First has a large selection of skateboards from Element and others. They also sell swimwear as well and is a great place to pick-up a new pair of boardshorts for the summer. Joe ordered for husband had a new shirt and jacket to be delivered near the venue on the wedding day July 6th - he lost precious hours with his son waiting over 2 hours for a new jacket and shirt - this jacket was not inspected and had threads on the sleeve- but due to time he had to make due. I called Amazon a few days before Christmas as I didn't get any refunds to my cc. They told me they would issue me a credit for thr awful GPS I returned & that I had to wait for my other refund as the item I returned (it was a toy) hasn't been refunded yet due to the item not being returned. So I waited a couple of weeks & I called Amazon again. It turned out the mistake was on Kohls' end. When the person packed up the order they indicated that there was 1 item in the box instead of 2 items. Whoever did this at Kohls was an idiot. So I had to call Amazon again to get my refund . I finally did get my 2 refunds. If I didn't call Amazon, I wouldn't have gotten either refund. I have returned Amazon items to Kohls before & have never had any problems w/the refunds at all. I was extremely disappointed w/Kohls Amazon service & I will never return an Amazon order to them again. I was also upset w/Amazon for not issuing me the refunds without me calling them. Kohls stinks & so does Amazon. I am cancelling my Amazon account as I do not want to order from them anymore. So people beware.. Don't return your Amazon orders to Kohls as they will mess it up. Also, the kiosks have been removed from their stores a long time ago. I believe during or before Covid which was in 2020. I don't even want to go to Kohls to shop anymore as this incident was very stressful to me.
