Wife's car had been back 3 times for tires, having them prorated these last 2 times, and whenever they look at it, they come back with a runaround with a bunch of "fixes" that they say need done in order to do an alignment (assuming to make a little money back). Last year they missed a bunch of things that were necessary and caused the misalignment and cause the tires to wear prematurely. Just seems like every time we go there it's one thing or another that turns to shit. Take your car elsewhere. Took her car to another mechanic and went looked under the car with him specifically at the thing they said "needed" fixed, all of those things are in excellent shape and were nowhere near worn out. read more

These guys are incredible! I had to get new tires on my Ford Escape on relatively short notice before a business trip. I called around and couldn't find anyone who could fit me in. I had never been to Flynn's before, so I decided to give them a try. Andrew and Brett just blew me away with their professionalism and friendly demeanor. They were so polite and helpful with finding out what I needed, then assured me they could get my tires done before my trip. When I dropped off my car, they were just as friendly in person and told me they would have my car ready in about an hour. Sure enough, in an hour they called and said it was ready to go. If you are a female and looking for a place that will treat you respectfully and not "talk down" to you, these guys are the ones to go to! I made the mistake of letting my wife take her car there for an Oil change and tire rotation. They charged her $87 for an oil change!! They lied and told her she needed synthetic oil, when she didn't, so they could rip her off. They also poke around the vehicle, trying to find anything they can to add to the bill. You have to wonder if it was worth if for them because my wife's wheels have gone bad from the Pa. salt in the winter, ruining the tires, so I need new wheels and tires also. They guys at Flynn's are always soooo nice. One of my tire's was slowly losing air. I took it to Flynn's and they fit me in that day, even though they were busy with winter tire purchases. Diagnosis - I had a nail in my tire that they could fix. Best part? When he brought out the invoice he didn't charge me a thing!
