Connie and her assistant were incredibly nice when they came out to give me a quote. I had other contractors in to give me quotes, but I trusted them the most. They worked to squeeze us in quickly since we had out of town guests on their way. They really did an excellent job! Our home looked absolutely amazing when they were done! They spent time to clean as if it were their own home and got in spots we hadn't expected. My pet peeve is dust and they did a wonderful job dusting. Our fans, blinds and baseboards were left without a speck! We have a hard to reach light in the staircase that they brought an extended brush to clean. We always notice little extras. For example, they cleaned our glass candle holders in the bathroom. They also move items as needed, unlike some other companies. It's so nice not to have to "clean" before the cleaners come, again like you have to for some companies. They left me able to comfortably entertain without any concern about someone spotting dust or finding fingerprints on a doorframe. I am set up for cleaning every 2 weeks and I get so excited about coming home to my clean house on the days that Connie Alford and her crew are there!
