They quickly answered my call and scheduled an appointment that was convenient for me. The plumber showed up on time after they made a courtesy call in the morning. He was professional and very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issues. He fixed a toilet leak at the base of the floor but it pointed to a larger issue that the seller who sold us the house, failed to disclose. Long story short, there was a venting issue with my plumbing. Our front yard needed to be dug, a blockage needed removal and the whole drainage pipe needed to be examined. Roto Rooter navigated the permits very professionally and sent me a quote. I spent a lot but was given professional service and now my problem is solved. These guys did a very good job and I would have them back again.

We've used them before and never had outrageous fees. Most recently they came to repair a toilet. It took 15 minutes and the repair man was finished. They billed us roughy $95 for parts, which was totally understandable. Then they charged us $565 for labor. 15 minutes for $565 would mean over $2,200 an hour! Seriously? They claim they don't charge by the hour, but by the job. That's nonsense but allows them to "justify" charging outrageous amounts for easy short-fixes. We complained and got a $50 refund. That must be their "we know price gouging is wrong," rebate - nice try. We will never ever call them again. Many business were hurt by the pandemic, but price gouging is not the way to win customrs back.

I even had him fix some code-compliance issues with previous work. While scheduling can be difficult (he prioritizes emergency calls, as he should), his work is top-notch and his team goes above and beyond, doing the things you didn't think of but needed, such as making sure drains are clear when changing faucet or putting in proper shutoffs where they should be -- no cutting corners. On multiple occasions, he and his team have stayed late until the job is done. They may not be the cheapest in town, but they are easily worth the money to know that the job will be done correctly the first time -- and I consider myself pretty picky when it comes to how I think things should be done. I've hired him multiple times this year, and will likely have him back in the future as needed.

He did that several times! Early in the job when he began the project, he was almost always late. Sometimes he wouldn't show up at all. I would not recommend Team ASAP. Find a more reliable company.

Couldn't ask for a better system or company to install and work with. Scott is a super nice guy and very conscientious. Because of the great results we had with the first purchase, we selected Carey & Walsh for our second Heater, a boiler system. Weil McLain. Scott and team did a great job with the installation. Went seamlessly. We also purchased two WiFi thermostats that also worked excellent. We did have a glitch with the furnace a year later but Carey and Walsh along with the oil company resolved the issue. In fact, Scott Carey called me off hours to explain the situation and help me out. I highly recommend Carey & Walsh for all your furnace & boiler needs. Please know the purchase doesn't end with the installation and these guys do a great job on follow up.

I called for service at 5AM. This amazing woman (sorry, I forgot your name) called me back. They had Eric come over before 9AM to remedy the situation. Eric was simply amazing. He figured out the issue quickly, and within 15 minutes, my elderly parents had the heat back on. Eric was professional, nice, competent, efficient. Thank you Carey & Walsh for keeping my folks warm and comfortable. You guys are the best!

They first…read morecame out to provide their service on 8/7/23 after I contacted AHS about a stoppage that I had in my bathroom sink. I was not at home so I had my dad go let him in. When I got home that afternoon I immediately went and checked the sink. The stoppage seemed to be gone so I was happy. Later on that night I went to get in the shower and the tub was filled with black water. I immediately called AHS and informed them about the situation. The representative tried calling Mr Plumber but was unsuccessful so she sent an email and told me that they would give me a call soon. The following day I called "Mr Plumber". The person that picked up the phone which is the only person that ever answer when you dial (845) 634-6000, got loud and said that AHS lied to me and they never contacted them. Again I called AHS and was able to get them to come out today 8/9/23. They were suppose to arrive between 0900-1200pm. At 2:03 I called them but got no answer so I left a message. I also called AHS who placed me on hold and stated that "they" were on their way. At approximately 3:50pm they showed up. I said "hello, were you the person that came out before?" The guy said "no that was someone else" and proceeded like he didn't know where to go so I walked him to the bathroom and showed him the tub filled with black water. He asked if I turned it on? I responded and said no I haven't used it since you guys came. This is how I met it. He scratched his head like he didn't know what to do and keep saying "what happened?". At that point he started saying something like I know maybe upstairs used it and caused this. I responded and said no I've never had this issue before. He then started yelling saying "I know". At that point I said "don't raise your voice at me". He bolted out my house slamming my door and left. He was there for maybe 3 minute. Something told me to go check the cameras to see if that was the same person that first came out and low and behold it was. So on top of being dishonest, he was extremely unprofessional, rude, and arrogant. Again I called to report this blatant act of disrespect to AHS. The representative placed me on hold and reached out to the company. When she came back on the line her exact words were "he was also rude to me and hung up". I'm still trying to figure out how I called to get one issue fixed and was left with an entirely new issue that never happened before? It was obvious that they knew that they messed up and still refused to even try to resolve the issue. They chose the right one because this review is going on every single platform that's associated with their company along with a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. STAY AWAY FROM MR PLUMBER. Read the reviews. Update: After the rude guy left, he wrote up a report stating that there was an issue because there were wipes in my drain...WHAT???? If that were the case why not say that the first time that you came out? No one on my house uses wipes. What he did find was 2 balloons and hair. He also stated that the problem is from the 2nd floor even though he never looked at the 2nd floor. There has never been any issues with the tub on either floors so for him to make this up is very low and disgraceful.

The inside of the unit showed significant rusting which indicates water is getting into the unit somehow 4. Contractor closed the unit and walked away slamming the door on his way out and would not speak with the customer. - Unacceptable customer service. 5. Contractor did not adequately assess the situation and inaccurately submitted a claim to the home warranty company as no leak to close the job. DO NOT USE THEM!

    Right after I had Wyatt from T Webber snake out 2 clogs in my house. We went around & checked out…read moremy 70 year old septic tank. The tank & drainage was a nightmare or practically nonexistent . We heard water flowing into the tank which is not a good sign . Wyatt suggested I have him and Alvin come and take a look and inspect the tank further in a couple of days . Much to my surprise, I got a call the very next day. The very next day I had a call from T Webber stating that Alvin and Wyatt were on route to my house. The next day after he cleared the clog out for me in my house . Alvin and Wyatt showed up . Did an inspection, answered every question I could possibly have. By the end of that conversation, we had called Tiffany up on the phone, and got a prorate at a good price with good APR, and the loan was approved . Alvin, wyatt, and Tiff made my day an took so much weight off my mind. Alvin explained everything down to a science Wyatt went over everything with me and reassured me and Tiffany found the best rate possible for me and was reassuring as the loan came in to verify every detail of the job that would be taking place. A weight was lifted . I was worried about so many different things . These guys at T Webber were an amazing group of people, that reassured me, and helped me to realize that every problem has a solution, and made every solution possible where I didn't have to worry about a thing . They answered every question in triplicate lol. As many times as I'd ask, they were courteous and I enjoyed the time they spent in my home going over the description of the job details that would take place . These guys are some of the best people you will ever want to meet . A company that goes above and beyond to help Rectify any problem you might have whether it be septic clogs or any other issues with plumbing and heating services. These technicians are the pros . They're all well worth their weight in gold ! I was actually sorry to see them go but I look forward to seeing them back when the job begins . Tiffany made everything so easy and comfortable for me to go over with me so many different payment plans and options that would fit my budget . The guys sat with me for as long as it took to get everything we needed in place for availability explanation of job description as well as the engineers that would be coming with the excavator to do the initial dig . Alvin described every part of it as he looked over every part of the property to find the best way to accommodate this whole nightmare of a situation that I had . By the time he got done.
