She was delightful, got us everywhere safely and on schedule, and took our loud '90s music, dancing, and general bachelorette chaos completely in stride. She deserves five stars--and possibly hazard pay. Unfortunately, the bus itself was tragic. There was no working A/C despite a 95-degree heat index, so our party bus quickly became a sauna shuttle. Nothing says "bachelorette celebration" quite like sweating through your outfit before you reach the first bar. Beyond that, the bus was completely bare-bones, with none of the amenities or upgrades you would expect at this price point. Paying more than $800 for a hot, stripped-down bus was absolutely insane. The cost wasn't merely out of line with what was delivered--it had left the bar, boarded another bus, and driven to a different zip code. Wonderful driver. Miserable bus. At more than $800 (after tax and tip) this experience was not remotely worth the ride. Note: it also says on the website that the photos of the bus inverter site isn't the bus you're getting. We ended up not needing the bus service later in the evening and they would not refund us, which it's completely understandable. However, with the amount we paid for that time block, we expected to be the only group he had for that day he seemed to have booked another ride and was not able to come pick us up for almost two hours when we asked him to come get us at 330PM!!!!! If i'm renting a bus service for 14 hours and then only have to use 8 of those hours, do you think a business would be happy to provide the correct service in the smaller window. Instead, he made a group of 30 people wait in a parking lot for over an hour and a half, nearly two hours for him. Because of this, we had to miss a dinner reservation. With a party of this size, it was a very large deposit that we could not get back. If there was a 0 star option, I would leave that here.
