Would've given five stars - except --- PLEASE would you Fix the Rug Beater already !!!! I've been going here for years and this location is the most convenient for me -- but I don't go anymore bc the Rug Beater machine might as well be turned off ... it's definately a maintenance issue -- but it's been at least two years since they have fixed it properly . It's doesn't beat like it should!! Please fix this already so I can have that complete wash again!( The rug beaters are only at this location and Wappingers. ) read more

It's nice to have the options to spend as much, or as little, as you want on your car. For me, $5 for 8 minutes is typically more than enough, mostly because I only use about a third of the options on the dial. I did try the bug remover option here, didn't find it to be useful. I also wish that the arm on the ceiling to which the hose is attached were longer. I kept tangling the hose on the driver's door mirror because it would not extend far enough out. But these are minor compared to the overall convenience here. read more

Beware of bringing your car through the soft touch wash. My brand new Volkswagen Jetta went through this wash and felt like I was on a roller coaster ride as the "soft" brushes went against my car. When got to my destination about a block away I looked at my car and e blue from the bristles were all over my car. We called the store the next day and Justin the manager told my husband to come in. We did and he immediately began with every reason under the sun why it wasn't his car wash that caused the marks on our car. When he said it was not his car wash I said are you kidding me? He looked at me, rolled his eyes and walked away. Great business. DO NOT come here. Justin the manager is not a business man. He doesn't like what you have to say, he disregards you and walks away without acknowledging the issue. Totally unprofessional!! read more

First time trying this wash. When pulling in, to the left are the self service bays (3 I believe) and to the right side of the building are the automative ones. It looked like there was also 2 enclosed dog wash areas/stalls. The self service pay kiosk was a lil confusing at first, but a very helpful worker came over and went over how it works. Very friendly and did not rush in the explanation. The switching between choices was easy. Will definitely return if I'm up that way again. read more

Used the self wash bays and they are good for the price. My only issue is that they sell those foam and wash prepaid cards which you can use at their locations for any machine in ideal world. But unfortunately I bought the card and loaded significant money in the card thinking I will use it later as well. But the card did not work in any of the machine or vaccums. I checked all the bays and all the vaccums. So essentially my money is blocked in the card and neither can I use it to wash my car, nor can I get it refunded. Stick to cash if you using their service. Don't get your hand earned money blocked. read more

I do NOT recommend coming here to use he dog washing stations. They have lowered the water pressure to the point where it is very difficult to get the soap off your dog. This use to be my go to place but no more - very disappointing. read more

Foam and Wash does a great job cleaning my truck. I like that you can purchase a coupon booklet and save$$$ and they make great gifts too. I also like that there are many locations so whether I'm working or home my truck can get cleaned and the locales are all consistent. read more

Spent 15 bux on the touchless high powered water wash and my car came out still dirty, with the same spots of bird poop on it as I went in with. Had to take a wet rag and wipe my car down when i got home. Not happy. This is the second time Ive left with a dirty car after spending 15 bux on a pointless wash. Customer service was great, Uylesses was very helpful but I will not be going back here. I would like a refund since this has not only happened once but twice now. read more

Never again. Brought my car because I needed a quick wash. Touchless was broken so I decided to try the "soft cloth car wash". I paid for the most expensive service which was $16. After the wash, I noticed my car was completely scratched up and the front plate was bent in half along with the license plate holder which was broken. Your car will come out looking worse than when it came in. read more
