I've been shocked pretty severely by one of the washing machine doors and let the attendant know and she was shocked too. Called the owner in and no acknowledgement that anything even happened to me even after he watch security tapes.. Another time was hit by a truck in the parking lot asked the same attendant for a copy of the security tape to show my insurance company never got a call back from the owner. Today's issue is Machine number 2 wasn't filling up with water told true new attendant who said oh the cold doesn't work on this machine it's got to be warm or hot. Excuse me put a note on the machine if it's out of order. Had to get her to stop the load so I could move what a waste of detergent.. Am giving them two stars because at least they have an attendant on duty machines work well most of the time but prices are getting way to high. If I could afford a place where I could put in my own machines I would be so done with this place. Can't wait to retire and move away from this bad customer service place

Dryers took forever, adding cost while they failed to function properly. One washing machine broke after I put my detergent and money in. When I called the number, the owner advised me to move my detergent soaked clothes to another machine. As I was folding I realized my clothes picked up an awful smell from the washers and/or dryers and I spent $75 more dropping off my then-stinky clothes down the road to be redone because I was pressed for time. Owner said he would reimburse me, asked for my address to send a check, and never followed through. Months later, when I called to ask why, he said I needed to send him a receipt, something he initially said wasn't needed. I never bothered digging up my bank records or retrieving receipts from the log books where they did a much better job (across from the bus station). Just vowed to share my experience of their awful environment and the owner's idea of service in a review at some point. So now you know.
