The current owner seems like he couldn't care less about dealing with the customers and the turnover in staff shows how bad it must be. I've been shocked pretty severely by one of the washing machine doors and let the attendant know and she was shocked too. Called the owner in and no acknowledgement that anything even happened to me even after he watch security tapes.. Another time was hit by a truck in the parking lot asked the same attendant for a copy of the security tape to show my insurance company never got a call back from the owner. Today's issue is Machine number 2 wasn't filling up with water told true new attendant who said oh the cold doesn't work on this machine it's got to be warm or hot. Excuse me put a note on the machine if it's out of order. Had to get her to stop the load so I could move what a waste of detergent.. Am giving them two stars because at least they have an attendant on duty machines work well most of the time but prices are getting way to high. If I could afford a place where I could put in my own machines I would be so done with this place. Can't wait to retire and move away from this bad customer service place

Having been closed for a couple of months in the autumn of 2019, this car wash has been given some…read moreimprovements - much needed and much appreciated. You can now pay by cash or credit card in all 3 of the bays, and you have a bit more control over how much you spend with cash as you can insert as much or as little money in once you meet the minimum. Today, for example, I was able to give my car a basic yet complete wash for only $3. But with only 3 bays, it can still get very cramped and backed up here. There's only so much space in front of the bay entrances to accommodate those of you waiting in line. It's also fully automated, so if you experience any problems, you have to call the toll-free number on the sign, as opposed to finding a nearby employee. But all things considered, it's once again enjoyable to wash my car here.
