I tried to contact them via their website, but received no reply. Since this seemed like it could be a technical issue (the website seemed a little buggy), I tried requesting an estimate, but didn't get a reply when I did that either. It is entirely possible if you *do* manage to get a response from them, they do a good job (but if you are reading a Yelp review, you probably aren't an existing client). However, my experience is most businesses become *less* not *more* responsive once you're a customer, so not being able to get a response is kind of a dealbreaker.

Then closing with a cold: "I'm not sure who cleans in that area." It left me with "You are of little use to this company UNLESS we can make $$$ off of you, and just in case you decide to contact us AGAIN to ask us for a referral to someone who does, let me beat you to the bush by telling you "am not sure who cleans in that area" Just an FYI we have an other home in your scope of travel, but now would probably not consider the use of your company.....
