This particular area was hard to see since it was located on a hallow space above the window, that did not have access through our attic. The owner came back re-dusted the area outside and from the crawl space in the attic. We have not seen any activity since the 2nd dusting. I know that home projects do not always go as planned. I recieve an email for the bill and 2 more fore invoices for checking the traps. The invoices have almost no information on the visits. They dont email or call to schedule, they just come to your house without any heads up and then basically say they did the job, no details. I recieved notices that the year service was ending if i didnt pay, so i didnt pay and ppl kept showing up to service. They only good thing was i wasnt charged for extending the service... bc i didnt choose to. Also, I dont think they have costumer service. I called multiple times on multiple numbers during hours, and it always rang until it told you to leave a message and the call ended. Then no calls back. Also, I tried to make an account after and it didnt work. I'm glad im done with the experience bc the whole thing felt like I was being punked.
