I call again, same answer I tell them I've heard this before and they assure me, this is it. Guess what, I get another bill. I didn't pay it for two months and they start calling harassing me. Finally, I pay it, and they call again demanding I pay. I love the line of "if you don't pay now, how do you purpose to pay? I get home, check my statement and the payment had cleared. We got the chair at Mobility Plus and were very happy with the service we received there and excellent explanation as to how the chair worked. They let our Grandson operate it in the store and out side on the sidewalk and they even created a ramp so he could go out into the parking lot with it. The mobile chair is guaranteed and we were told that if it had any issues whatsoever in the future; which it has not; we were to bring it back in for repairs; no extra cost to us. Eric promised for weeks that a new bed was on the way while my father remained bed bound with no capability to sit up. We purchased a bed from an alternate vendor, and have spent months trying to get the bed returned, the bed was returned and received by Eric over 5 weeks ago - everyday he promises he has sent the refund or will send it today or I should receive it today - he always has a story. Finally today after threatening to escalate I received a $500 refund, a fraction of what the bed and other equipment cost. My experience has been that Eric is a very personable person who will over promise, under deliver and constantly lie to avoid accepting accountability for his failures, he will sound very convincing and authentic on the phone but will never follow through with his promises and will lie at every opportunity to avoid responsibility. We purchased a used Bruno SRE-3000 and have it partially installed. We had it operational before installing it. We can't get the charger to go from Red to Yellow or green. And no local stairlift companies will help us because it's a used unit. We really need help, Thank you, Steve & Ginger Huckins Curtis, That would be great as long as you service the Troy area. I just need help, the chair worked great before I took it off the rail to install the rail. I am having the darnest time getting any sort of help. Because it's a used unit. Long story short. Then when I initially put the chair on I did a break a part but I found it on line & replaced it. It was the SRE-30035. Then I put the chair back on the rail with that assembly & the cover off, so I could see and not damage that again. We just moved here and I'm just trying to make it so my wife can access the basement. However, I'm guessing from what you're telling me that you may have blown the fuse when taking the motor off the rail. If so it's a 5amp mini blade fuse which is located on the carriage of the motor.
