His inspection was thorough, and he took the time to explain the cause of our issues, his proposed solutions and answered all of our questions in detail. We decided to move forward with Bug Boys on the spot and they completed the first round of service right then and there. Our problem appeared to be solved in less than a week, but Scott came back 2 more times over the next 4 weeks, at no additional cost to us, to ensure things were going as expected. During his final visit he informed us their service came with a 30 day warranty, which we learned early on in our process of gathering quotes, is rare. As young homeowners, we often feel taken advantage of by service providers, but this was definitely not the case with Bug Boys. Our problem was solved quickly, and they genuinely cared about getting the job done right. The fact that their services were so reasonably priced was icing on the cake!

They charged me yesterday for $80.00 for zero service and cancelation fee. They wanted to offer me a $29.00/month plan since I am a senior which should have been that way in the first place.
