I don't know if it was just a coincidence, but with the name change there was a distinguishable downgrade to their service. Before I cancelled the service, I offered them an opportunity to comeback and do the job that was expected. We set up an appointment for the following week. I was sent a text or email stating they would be back on a specific day and given a time frame of between 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm. I waited until 4:30 pm at which time I called them and canceled that appointment. The next time I called I asked them to delete my on file credit card and asked for half of the payment, since they did a half a _ _ job. I was told that wouldn't work for them.
