I've been to Midway twice -- first when I was in a car accident which ended up totaling my car and second when I noticed a small rust spot due to a ding on my new car. Both times I have been so pleased with the service I received! Rick and Donna have been so helpful throughout both experiences. In addition to knowing their business, Rick and Donna truly care about their customers and want to do a good job in order to help people. A great recipe for success if you ask me. When my old car was damaged in the accident, I decided to take it to Midway based on the recommendation of my co-workers who had work done there before on their cars. They were able to take my car immediately, and they helped to make a confusing process so much easier by working directly with the appraiser and my insurance agent to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. I was actually out of state for work after I dropped my car off, and they made sure that the process went as quickly as possible and updated me as new developments arose. They were patient with my questions and made me feel like I had someone looking out for my best interests. Flash forward to about a year later and I noticed a small rust spot starting on my new car. I first took it to the dealership and then decided to go to Midway for their opinion. I decided to stop by, and they were able to fix it right then and there for me. You can barely notice the spot now and it's fixed before heading in to the winter. I will absolutely return to Midway for any other car issues in the future! read more

Never been treated so rudely in my life, by the boss no less! Then to top it off, after being treated like a piece of crap, he over charged me! He charged me over $400, I felt like that was a lot for the job he did so I got a second and third quote. One quote was $265 and the other was $285, he definitely ripped me off. I just got my car back from Midway Collison, I have to tell you it was the best experience I have ever had with a body shop. Not only did they do amazing work, they are so nice to their customers. They answered all my questions, were able to provide me with a rental while my work was being done. It's nice to keep my business in Town and will definitely use them again. read more

My car broke down on a Sunday afternoon in Mansfield. Rick and Donna were driving through the area and noticed that I was still in the same spot after more than an hour. Rick got some tools and he and Donna drove back to help me out. Totally unsolicited. He had the tools to solve the problem with my rim and tire and got me back on the road. Saved me an expensive tow. I offered to pay for their time but they absolutely refused. Bottom line: Decent and honest folks. I would go out of my way to have them work on any of my vehicles. read more

We had a sizeable claim on our truck. Being an insurance professional with many clients I insure through Mapfre Insurance I decided to use a shop in my hometown that was part of Mapfre Insurance's EZCARE claim service. The shop was horrible, not only did they give my husband false information about the rental and deductibles they did awful work and were paid for work that was not done. Midway Collision saved the day. We took the truck to them and Donna & Rick went above and beyond our expectations. We decided to bring our other car in as well and paid out of pocket for some minor scratch repairs Rick made the car look amazing for a fair price. Slow service and poor customer service. My car had a dent in the hood from a fallen tree branch and I was told it would take 4-5 days to replace the hood and repaint it. It seemed straight forward enough and the owner claimed to have a working knowledge of insurance company timetables. However, it took 2 weeks for Midway Collision Center to repair my car and when questioned about the delay they proceeded to blame the insurance company and told me to wait my turn like everyone else. The worst part was there as no apology for the delay. Instead I was instructed to rent a car, on my own dime of course. Midway over promised and under delivered. I would NEVER go to Midway for another repair and I recommend that you avoid them at all costs. read more

Had work done on car brand new panel started rusting after a month do they don't guarantee rust.

I've had two vehicles into Midway. One was repaired perfectly in the time promised, the other ended up being totaled. Rick was informative regarding the processing of my truck even when it was heading to the wrecking yard. read more

I recently went to Midway Collision for a fender-bender repair caused by a shuttle bus in downtown Providence. I approached Midway upon the recommendations from two different friends with prior experience with Midway's excellent service. Rick, Donna and Tiffany were exceptionally patient and helpful with me since I have never experienced any car damage in my 40+ years of driving. Rick and his staff made my car's fender look like new! I didn't quite understand the insurance workings but they guided me through the entire process with care. Midway just happened to be on my insurance carrier's "preferred service" list which added to my comfort level with this great staff. They arranged for a rental car for the day I dropped off my vehicle. All went smoothly and my car looks beautiful again. I hope to never have another fender-bender but if I do I will NOT hesitate to use Midway Collision again. read more
