I took my daughter in to get a fill for her acrylics which she got a new set 3 weeks ago. Then the lady proceed to remove all of her acrylics saying how they were old and her nails are to long (which she could've just cut the nails). And then she kept getting up to wax peoples eyebrows when we were there first. We kept explaining to her how we wanted her nails she said she would fix it then she cut them all off. I got the cats eye and it was a dark purple color the lady was painting my nails and it was a red color, she couldn't figure out how to use the magnet and was saying how my nails were to short. We were there for over 2 hours. I will never ever return to this place. read more

Got the SNS nails because they said it would be stronger that acrylic . I have an office job and I am not tough of my nails but this is after two days. It's not worth going here due to the quality of advices you get for the prices and everything breaks in 2 days time! read more

Worst experience I've ever had in my entire life. The lady was giggling at ABSOLUTELY NOTHING the whole time and was tweaking. The lady didn't even massage one of my legs. Then proceeded to paint them, after the painted them she went in with the cuticle plucker again and scrapped the nail and had to redo the whole thing. Because she had to redo it, there was cotton that got stuck to my toenail in the process. I could have done a better paint job myself. There was a reason it was empty when we walked in. read more

Not a clean place and tried to up sell you when was clearly stated we wanted basic pedicures. Did a half @ss job at best. I went in for a pedicure and chose one level up from the standard pedi. I wanted to give Fola a try as I live nearby. It was my first and last "pedi" there. The woman assigned to me spoke very little English (or perhaps chose not to speak to her customer.) She tried hard to sell me an even higher priced pedicure even though I told her more than once what I wanted. What I ended up getting was my toenails clipped and filed, a tiny bit of my calluses removed (I paid more for callus remover), and a total of four swipes of a so called massage up each leg. When I asked "are you not going to massage my feet," she said "feet," laughed, and continued to dry my legs and feet, then apply toenail polish. (Doesn't pedi refer to feet?..) Her polish application began with perpendicular lines then vertical lines over those! My polish is uneven and some polish was even left on my skin from the woman going past the nails. My five year old granddaughter could've done a better job! Sadly I failed to get her name so I could warn others to go elsewhere if you want a true pedicure! read more

What a great experience! Randomly found this place from Google and I'm so glad we did! My mom and I got pedicures and it was the best pedi I've ever had! We did the honey pearl pedi. I absolutely love this salon. My sister has special needs and frequent seizures. These compassionate ladies always accommodate to make it possible for her to get her nails done. I have never been to a nail salon that supports people with special needs in the way they do. My polish lasts forever and they are the kindest people I have had the pleasure of meeting. Stopped by nail salon for a new set and a pedicure. All the techs are female and speak Ok English. They were pretty busy and rushed my Pedicure. I ask to have my nails cut shorter and the lady rolled her eyes at me!! read more

I came in for a pedicure as a walk-in customer and was immediately sat in a pedicure chair. They were very friendly and professional. The pedicure was nice and lasted about 35 min. The leg & foot massage was just ok and on the short side. Overall is was a decent pedicure, not the best I've ever had but it served its purpose in holding me over until my regular nail girl at another salon could fit me in. read more

The people are nice, but I have to tell you, the older lady who does nails ruined my nail bed with the drilling (too much) for gel nail. I had to give my nails a break for months because of it. I felt bad and didn't want to say anything right then, but in reality, my nails hurt for days and days. I think the others there may be better, but it made me not go back. They are friendly, but a bit too fast I think. Which in some cases may be good, but rushing sometimes makes mistakes easier. read more

I was happy to try Fola Nails when the new owners re-opened a few years ago. My pedicure was not the best. There was an elderly man (I am assuming related to the owner, if not the owner) sitting in a chair watching me during my pedicure. It was quite uncomfortable. After I was done and paid, a woman ran out after me and told me she charged me wrong and wanted more money. Today, my usual nail salon was very busy and could not get my daughter and I in at the last minute, I decided to give Fola another shot. I was pleased when they could get us in right away. I was to have a pedicure and a fill, my 8 year old daughter was to have a "kids" manicure & pedicure. I was told her mani/pedi would be $25. We were almost finished with our pedicures when a woman walked in and requested the nail tech who was taking care of my daughter. She asked my daughter if she wanted only polish. I reminded her that she was to have a full manicure. The tech continued to repeat "polish? Just polish?" I, again, told her manicure. I became so frustrated I finally said forget it, just do polish. I asked how much they were going to charge me to just polish. After discussing it with another tech, she said $23. I told my tech I no longer wanted a fill since they couldn't accommodate my daughter and this was supposed to be something we were doing together! My daughter's tech started polishing my daughter's nails very quickly, in the pedicure chair. Not the "mommy/daughter" time we were hoping for! My tech continued to try selling me other services since I canceled my fill! As we were walking out, I grabbed a pamphlet with prices ~ a kids mani/pedi is supposed to be only $23!!!! if you are in a super super hurry this is the place for you. I requested (and paid for) the deluxe pedicure..and maybe I misunderstood deluxe, apparently is was code for EXPRESS. There were maybe four other people in the pedicure chairs when I got there, all in looked to be about half way done. I waited maybe five min for my nail technician but, I was done way before any of the other people that were there first. I received maybe a 15 second toenail clipping..no attention to cuticles. A quick token effort at the calluses then she runs into the room to get the warm towels, does a 30 second run up and down my legs with the warm stone, a super fast let's get this over with kinda sorta message. When she started the toenail painting I looked at the clock..less than 10 min. Super fast painting...OK THEN $30 ... you are all set..want a eyebrow wax? Actually when I went in there I had planned to get an eyebrow wax..but no way do I trust THAT process to Miss Break Neck Speed. There was nobody else in the waiting room so no real reason for this bums rush..I am new to the area and trying to find my "new" salon...I will keep looking read more

This was my first time at this nail salon. It was a very disappointing experience. I had a pedicure. The nail tech was overly aggressive with the cuticle trimming and I ended up with bloody toes. She wanted to keep at it after I requested that my cuticles just be pushed back and not cut. I will never go back. read more
