We stayed here for a golf / work retreat during the fall and had a great time. The grounds are very well kept, the staff friendly, and the golf was fun. I was pleased with how affordable the prices were. I definitely recommend getting the breakfast package if you can. The buffet is really good and it makes for a good start to the day before golf. We stayed in Canterbury, but there were many condos to choose from and they all had views of the course. The pool is nice, there are some activities for kids, but this is really meant for adults who want to relax and golf. The spa was first rate and Packards had really top notch food. Would come here again as a couples vacation, with friends or work trip.

Well come before they overseed. Unless you like walking. Little pricey you ask me but hey overall staff was the bomb. They are top rated staff. They should have all inclusive packages were food is included with the stay. Pools closed too early but it was thanksgiving weekend. Wife said hot tub was below average but it was big. Daughter wish they had more stuff outside of golf.

Beautiful golf course . We came for the Valspar championship PGA tournament and it did not disappoint. Everything was well run, well managed and beautiful. What a treat this was.

The Innisbrook is a very nice get away. The check in process was really fast, and the front desk personnel was very helpful and courteous. The property is well maintained and has plenty of parking. There is so much to do and lots of childrens activities. There are several pools and restaurants. The only down fall is that some of the buildings need to updated, however they are clean. Very nice view of the golf courses.

This is one of the better greenside areas we found.

On 6/14/22, our foursome chose Innisbrook over other area courses due to its reputation as a PGA Tour stop. The PGA course (Copperhead) was closed. However, the pro shop attendant assured us that the Island course was in good shape and a very good alternative to the Copperhead course. They charged us $159 each and had us warm up on an alternate driving range, which was horrendous - small mats with no tees on an incline. The Island course was in horrible condition - the greens and greensides were unplayable and the fairways were spotty at best. The tee boxes were uneven dirt and there was no snack bar open or beverage cart until the 9th hole, on a day that was 92 degrees. I wouldn't even expect these poor conditions from a inner city municipal course. The rumor from disgruntled members is the owner of this resort is not putting much $ into it. Instead, she is using it to leverage the purchase of other resorts around the world. This is just a rumor, but from the looks of the 4 courses, it's hard to argue. I will no longer consider Innisbrook as a place to play golf.

Meghan I arrived at 11:00 and was taken back at 11:07. After…read morefilling out paperwork, there was no skin assessment performed. Additionally, I was not informed about the skincare products being used on my face, and there was no steam or décolleté treatment. The only focus was a brief hand massage using towels, which I wouldn't consider a proper hand treatment. My appointment concluded at 11:49, and I left feeling that my skin was both sticky and dry. I'm not sure if this was related to my boyfriend buying a Groupon, but as an aesthetics professional myself, I pay close attention to the details of a service. Anjelica I had my session with my massage therapist and finished at 12:50. From an observational standpoint, there were a few areas of concern. As someone with 10 years of experience in facials and massage, I noticed that the therapist did not maintain continuous contact while performing the massage and did not do the same massage techniques on both sides of the body, which is a standard practice. Additionally, the hot stone treatment and scrub were very brief--lasting no more than 10 seconds each. I felt there was some judgment based on the fact that I used a Groupon, which was a Christmas gift I received. I wasn't aware it was a Groupon. If the service had been up to par, my boyfriend would have left a larger tip. However, after learning about the Groupon, the receptionist's demeanor shifted, and they seemed to smirk when asking for gratuity. He was only informed of the gratuity for one specialist, despite there being two. This lack of communication, paired with the unprofessional behavior, was disappointing.
