It was 7 years in and obviously been rooting for years, but it was out of warranty by 2 years even though water was getting in from the outside shell they wouldn't work with me. I talked to people in the hot tub business and they felt that they could have worked with us to get a replacement at a discounted price, but this is not what happened. I purchased a different brand. They are knowledgeable, kind, patient and accommodating.
