The negative review is not about policy, it's about severe driver understaffing to the point of not living up to their company slogan "Cookie Delivery". I've never had this experience with any other Tiff's location, including last hour orders. They either need more drivers or another store in Georgetown if they're that busy since they're turning away business. And I won't be renewing my subscription. Forget you Tiff's.
