I happen to find this bakery after another took 4 days to respond and then told me he did not have enough time to do a custom cake. I am a firm believer in supporting local business instead of national business where possible. The next day I feverishly looked and found Noble Delights. I submitted for a quote AND sent an email to see if it would be possible to get the cake I needed in time. I did receive an email with a quote. I responded the same day and paid in full instead of paying the required 50% to start the order. For good measure, I responded to the email and said I reviewed and approved the quote and that I paid in full. This was on Monday. On Saturday, I went by the shop to find there wasn't a cake because it was not marked as paid. I instantly wanted to go into tears because I knew that could not be correct. As the owner went to get her computer, I found the receipt that was emailed to me. While she did refund my money, I showed up to my daughter's party in Dallas without the cake she wanted. I have not lived here very long and this was so disappointing. I cannot say I'd go back. What I have learned is I should have gone in person since I'm not known here. read more

I walked into Noble Delights Bakery with my fingers crossed tightly. Hoping that I could get a custom cake for a co-worker who is leaving Corporate America and heading into the world of Pastry Chef! I found Noble Delights on Facebook and reached out to get a quote on a cake for my husband's 50th. Regina responded very timely and I sent her a few pictures. We discussed the design, type of cake and I put a 50% deposit down. A few days before I picked up the cake, Regina called me to reconfirm everything again.
