I should have known when I called to inquire about taking my car there for repair and they didn't answer the phone to look elsewhere for a shop. Too bad I didn't follow my instinct. I took my car in for repair and was promised an update as soon as they took it apart and never received an update. I finally drove to the shop to get updated in person. After having my car way longer than they said they'd have it they called and said it was ready. When I showed up there were so many things done incorrectly. Even a screw sticking out of the bumper and the color did not match. I expressed my dissatisfaction and they told me they could fix it again to bring it back in a few weeks. So a few weeks passed and I had to call and text multiple times before I was advised to bring it back. I took it back and after another extended stay it still wasn't right. Once again they told me to take it home and they'd arrange a time for me to bring it back. Several months passed and multiple calls and texts later I was finally told they were working on Uhaul trucks because those were the jobs that were paying. Mind you, my insurance paid for the job in full and it wasn't done satisfactory. So almost 9-10 months later I finally took my car back. It still wasn't completed correctly, but no one returned my calls or texts. A couple times I had some serious issues with the car and Toyota told me to take it back to them to be repaired yet again. By this point I was just done with this company and took a loss and traded in the car. Please do yourself a favor and find a more reputable shop. A shop that will actually answer the phone, not avoid you, and that will get the job done right the first time. read more

Originally went to to get a second opinion and thank goodness i went with only 1z garage. They literally saved me so much money compared to the first place i went to where they were charging me $500 to take out a small dent. Everyone there was super friendly and very helpful as well. read more

I wanted the best for my car because its my baby. They updated me the entire time and process. Took 4 days which to me was fast. They even noticed someone tried to cover up some scratches before and they went on ahead and painted the whole door for me. That there shows these guys are all about perfection. Nothing but quality and care. I've had 2 jobs done by these guys and it's nothing but positive things. Found them on instagram by other's showing off their work and had to give them a try. First time they painted some bumper caps I had for my 2013 Silverado and the price was well worth it. Not too expensive but the paint was immaculate. No drips or dust in the paint. Next job I brought my 2017 Cruze in after a small fender bender and they took care of everything. Paint was blended and again no drips or trapped dust in the paint. They are real honest guys who don't rip you off or use your car as a joy ride like other places!(be careful of those other shops that keep your car for longer than it should) I came in for a bumper fix when someone hit me on my left side.
