    This unprofessional office staff apologies for laughing at husband and speaking about him in gront of my daughter and other patients.

    One of the worst experiences for my family. We are new to the area and my husband saw great reviews for this locations. He made an appointment for him and myself Lasik evaluation. As well as son new glasses. 3 Appointments! We get there beautiful office even have my favorite Prada glasses. My son and I were taken back and everything was going good until I heard my technician say to the one who was working with my son. Hey! He is under the age of 18 dont do that test on him!!! I was like what! Anyways we were taken to room 3 to wait for doctor. I was so grateful and appreciative we had an amazing Dr. so inform and really made us as patients feel very informed and comfortable. Unfortunately his ill inform front office staff did not make the correct appointment or probably even listen to the patient we were not there for lasik. Anyways I was pleased with dr so I will purchase new pairs of glasses anyways. Now it all goes downhill I was done with my appointment but son and husband were not Dr. instructed me to go browes glassware. As i walked to the front office my daughter was visibly upset. She grabbed me and whispered to me that his ineptitude staff proceeded to laugh and speak ill of my husband who stumbled and fell into his chair while i was in exam room. I got up to speak to office manager and she was quite apologetic and said she will handle it. She did and I trusted she would. As i sat waiting one of the gals who is in this photo tried to half hardy apologize. She said she did not see my hubby nor make fun or talk about him. She did say, well we saw his expression (remember she first say she didnt see him). They laughed when he stumbled and said a bad word she could not say. I said what she said he said oh shit.... so i guess she has the mentality of 10 year and couldn't hold in her laughter. So i asked my daughter are you lying to me , she said no i am not. I asked agian and she well yes we did laugh and we did say something but then another patient came in!!! I was just about done when my husband called me to look at new glasses. I couldn't justify spending ALOT OF MONEY mind you name brand frames, contacts, safety glasses, tinted lenses and scratch guards for 3 or more pair. I finally told him what happen and we decided to leave we paid our copays and walked out. They obviously do not care about patient nor purchases we were going to make. The doctor was amazing Unfortunately the front office can ruin his business with how immature they behave. My husband works with a union and we could have referred many new patients but sadly I wouldnt want anyone else to feel the way my family felt. With eye doctors there are so many choices and selections we dont have to be customers.
