Had a wonderful experience yesterday for not just myself but my 3 and 5 year olds. Both doctors were amazing, very informational and patient. The office staff that assisted my kids were also very nice and patient. Would definitely recommend this place 100%. I never realized they were twins! But They have been my optometrist for a couple of years now i love the flexibility and also they are fast! I never have experienced a long wait. They are very kind, personable doctors! They are very through and explain everything about whats going on with your eyes. They are in the Walmart shopping center, don't let that hinder you from coming, these doctors are worth it! The selection inside is honestly not the best I always get my frames from Bonlook or Warby parker anyways... but regardless this is a pretty fast office if you want to get seen! Already had prescription, went in for glasses, Thaddeus (Tad) was very helpful and knowledgeable. My prescription was missing a plus or minus on one of the settings and he called my optometrist to have a new one faxed to him. After waiting quite some time he called them again to try to get it ASAP finally he added the sign to the one I brought in and noted that he had talked to them and went ahead with my order. Tad was very thorough explaining everything and very personable. Overall an outstanding experience. I strongly recommend buying your glasses from them, especially if you can get Tad that would be a big bonus. read more

It was very easy to schedule my daughter an appointment to get new glasses. I called and they verified my insurance and scheduled an appointment the next day. The office is small and in the Walmart in Rialto. It is clean and organized. They followed COVID procedures. There is plexiglass between each of the chairs in the office. My daughter was very happy with her prescription and she really liked Dr. Dixon Wong. She said he is "fun." My daughter is 13 and in middle school and she did not complain about the appointment so that says a lot about Dr. Dixson. She liked that he showed her what her old prescription vs new prescription looks like. The appointment was quick and they gave us a copy of the prescription. No big upsells for products. We took the prescription and went to Walmart Optical and ordered my daughter's glasses. I highly recommend Rialto Eyecare. read more

This place is really nice and they have such friendly staff. My younger sister's insurance card was still in the mail so we thought she wouldn't be able to get her eyes checked today however they were able to look up her insurance card and she was able to get her eyes checked and a brand new pair of glasses! He was awesome and I really appreciated that he took the time to answer my questions and explain the various issues that affect our vision. I was a patient of his at the Montebello Town Center and I am very sad to hear he is no longer practicing there. I was seen by Dr. Dixon Wong on Friday and I went back the next day to accompany by boyfriend who was seen by Dr. Dennis Wong. (Twin optometrists, that's pretty neat!!) Both were really thorough with the examinations, very knowledgeable, friendly, and just straight up cool dudes! The receptionists were also super sweet! If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I was diagnosed with keratoconus a few years back. After useless and costly surgeries and painful hard contact lenses I gave up on alternative methods of vision correction. I strolled in here hoping to just get a prescription and a pair of glasses. I was told by other so called doctors that a soft contact lens was out of the question. Boy were they wrong! Doctor Dixon Wong slapped a pair on my eyes and guess what? I could F#$ken see again. If you are looking for the perfect place search no more! I took my hyper winey 3 year old son and he was terrified the second we walked in. They were so sweet and patient and kind. They did such a thorough job and used high-tech equipment all while my son watched tv. By the time we left my son was so proud of himself and loved every person there. He hates drs and loved this eye Dr so much. They have no idea how much it meant to me, this is the first time my son left a Dr office happy. Best experience possible.
