Promptly we were told by the real people there that they were short-handed and if we wanted to pick up our glasses but not get them fitted, we can take them and come back later. LOL This was a fine reputable business under Gary Freestone and his crew, but ever since this corporation took over, it's been nothing but bad service. Freestone is gone and so are his wonderful and helpful employees. All that is left are apologies. I expect that we shall be looking for a new optometrist next year.

NorthPoint is located on the 2nd floor and the optometrist suite is very large and modern. They have the latest equipment and looks to have a very large selection of frames to choose from. After I tell them I am already using Acute no other options are presented making me believe Acuvue Oasys must be the best. But Dr Nguyen introduced me to Dailies contact lens. I tried them and my eyes stay feeling moist much longer than on Acuvue. I cant believe no other optometrist has even mentioned this product to me. These are more expensive lens but I dont mind since I dont wear it everyday. Dr Nguyen knows her stuff! She took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all my annoying questions about eye drops, etc. So glad I found Dr Nguyen and great contact lens.

Someone had suggested I try the app and my glasses broke so I gave him a shot. Got the eye exam on and I thought they were a little pushy on the add-ons. I got the prescription and I made it knowing that I have an appointment next day and how I appreciate them getting me in checked out. I got one pair of glasses with photo lens and progression lenses. The girl that was helping me and I'm sorry I don't know her name and I cannot find my paperwork, seem to be a little bit, unsure of things and he kept asking questions. I'm fine with that. At one point, she told me my lenses come with scratch proof coatings and it's a lifetime warranty. I asked what do you mean a lifetime do you mean till I get my next prescription in my a couple of years and she said yes and I said are you sure because usually I know it's like one year at the most. She got up she went over. She asked her manager. She came back and said because I'm getting the progression lenses it's got a lifetime warranty. Recently I've been having little scratches developing so I called today to try to figure out how to use the warranty. To my dismay, I was told that they only give a one year warranty, regardless of the lenses you choose. I simply explained to the person on the phone today that I honestly don't feel that the person was very well-versed in their procedures, and therefore I was given bad information. Of course she offered to have me come in for another exam and get new glasses. I told her no I think I should just go to Costco like I originally planned even though vision works was a preferred vendor by my insurance company I spent almost $400 between frames and lenses. For $270 my wife got three pairs of glasses, one for around the home one for driving at one for computers. And they're all photo lens.
