Promptly we were told by the real people there that they were short-handed and if we wanted to pick up our glasses but not get them fitted, we can take them and come back later. LOL This was a fine reputable business under Gary Freestone and his crew, but ever since this corporation took over, it's been nothing but bad service. Freestone is gone and so are his wonderful and helpful employees. All that is left are apologies. I expect that we shall be looking for a new optometrist next year.

I took my original frames and lenses home. days later i returned for the clear frames they originally offered for forty five and bought the forty five dollar frames 2/3/26 around closing time (against many advisors who told me to just purchase online, which I should have). After I purchased them, the lady who gave them to me said they would be under year warranty.And if anything happened to the frames, just return, and they will replace them for free!!!! Two weeks later, the the lenses I bought from them broke. 2/15/26. So today I go in 2/16/26 and the same front desk ladies say 45$ for new frames that r clear purple. After I tell them I am already using Acute no other options are presented making me believe Acuvue Oasys must be the best. But Dr Nguyen introduced me to Dailies contact lens. I tried them and my eyes stay feeling moist much longer than on Acuvue. I cant believe no other optometrist has even mentioned this product to me. These are more expensive lens but I dont mind since I dont wear it everyday. Dr Nguyen knows her stuff! She took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all my annoying questions about eye drops, etc. So glad I found Dr Nguyen and great contact lens.

I made an appointment and they had to call me the morning of said appointment to inform me the doctor didn't show up to the office. This caused over a week of delay to get my glasses that I desperately needed to see. I called the VA and explained to them the unprofessionalism of this location and was referred to Vision Express Optometry where Dr. David Shin did an amazing job in assisting me. Not only was he capable of showing up for his patients; his staff are extremely well trained and know how to follow up with their patients. They gave me an immediate appointment and was able to get my glasses in a couple of days vs a couple of weeks! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!
