We made an appointment for this week on Tuesday morning, and she mentioned the technician would arrive between 9-11am. When Tuesday rolled around, the technician called at 9am and said they were on their way. After the cleaning, I requested to pay online, so I was emailed the invoice along with three photos showing proof of the cleaning and the result of what they found. By the time they got here, the water had stopped, so I told them I'd reach back out if it started again. Well, sure enough, Saturday rolls around and the leak starts up again. I called them back and within 30 minutes, Alex (one of the owners--on his day off) and Taylor were both at my door. They were kind, professional, and genuinely invested in helping me get to the bottom of it. After a deep dive into the system, they figured it out: the drain pipe had been installed with a 90-degree elbow instead of two 45s, creating too much pressure. Over time, it wore down and finally cracked, right as our AC was working overtime in the summer heat. Once it started condensing, water had nowhere to go but down... into our pantry. Alex and Taylor went above and beyond to fix the issue and explain everything in a way that made total sense. I couldn't have asked for better service. Truly top-tier experience. Highly recommend. He then went on to look at my system and claim that my broken thermostat (which he broke) was the problem, trying to badly oversell a new one. Trusting his advice, I replaced the thermostat myself but it fixed nothing. As well as this, they decided to close early, so I was unable to get a plan for another worker to come out the next day. Incredibly unprofessional in how he talked, which I usually don't care about, but he was reckless, destructive, and wasted my time and money by breaking my property and misdiagnosing the issue. Because of his lack of care or effort, I paid for somebody to come to my house and break my equipment and do nothing else. I have had good experiences with them before, but this situation has caused me to lose trust in their practices. If you must use this company, make sure to ask for somebody other than Yamir. I bet there are better, hardworking people in this company.
