Had you done your job as the contract states this you would've seen two ductwork that were laying on the floor. and when the two independent Air-Conditioning companies came to evaluate the situation there were actually four ducks that you totally neglected to hang. This is your job to do this!!!! I hate to think about all the homes that you have neglected in such a manner. Both companies agreed that the issue was from the two ducts laying on the floor and not hung as well as the mold mediation company. Shame on you and your company. I don't know how you sleep at night. As far as the venting area, you're speaking of it has a roof over it. It has nothing to do with the moisture and has never blown any moisture inside. The fact of the matter, also is that I paid for my whole attic to have new blown insulation and you did not do that job, you failed to remove any old debris, stated in your contract was absolutely no new insulation when the ceiling came out for rebuild only the old stuff fell through run from this company.

I called them back and within 30 minutes, Alex (one of the owners--on his day off) and Taylor were both at my door. They were kind, professional, and genuinely invested in helping me get to the bottom of it. After a deep dive into the system, they figured it out: the drain pipe had been installed with a 90-degree elbow instead of two 45s, creating too much pressure. Over time, it wore down and finally cracked, right as our AC was working overtime in the summer heat. Once it started condensing, water had nowhere to go but down... into our pantry. Alex and Taylor went above and beyond to fix the issue and explain everything in a way that made total sense. I couldn't have asked for better service. Truly top-tier experience. Highly recommend. Although it was regularly maintained by another company the gunk Dilan flushed out was enough to make my stomach turn. AC has been working optimum since then with huge benefits of decreased monthly bill after service. Called again sometime in October for air duct and dryer vent cleaning. Owner came out, scoped the size of work then gave us a quote on-site. Shopped around to have another company come out for another bid. Mobile air was about 100 more but the thorough walk through per Jody and previous work satisfaction sold me out. Scheduled service a week after but rescheduled twice due to delays in Solar install. I wanted to clean ducts after all roof work was done, so relieved mobile air was more than accommodating to requests. Corey and his partner finally got to work 12.10. Took roughly 4 hours to completion. They left everything as is, vacuumed areas below the vents leaving no mess. We have been very happy with results. AC unit is blowing cooler air. We use to keep the house at 70 during the day, 68 degrees at night. Now we keep it at 75 and 72. Hubby also noticed his southwest facing office is not a sauna anymore. Crazy amount of dusts is a common complaint in our neighborhood, ducts we're never clean post build. Also, I have severe allergies to dust mites, I would wipe/dust every corner of my house including baseboards and around door trims 1-2x/month. Vacuum at least 3x a week (yes I'm paranoid), now I don't notice as much dust and have cut down on vacuuming to once a week. So happy with Mobile Air's services. It's worth the money spent. No more sneezing but more importantly saving on electricity bill every month. Staff are awesome too, very responsive, punctual and crazy polite.
