While I was there, I also grabbed a few breakfast items for myself. Like always, the store was busy but even when it's packed, the checkout lines move surprisingly fast, making it easy to get in and out without spending a lot of time waiting. The customer service was excellent as well. The cashier was friendly, and after seeing the items I was buying, they knew exactly what I was planning to make for breakfast, which made for a fun little conversation. Overall, this was another quick and easy Trader Joe's trip. Great flowers, friendly employees, fast checkout. If you're looking for fresh flowers to brighten someone's day or just need to grab a few groceries, this location is always a solid choice.

Most companies with decent customer service would honor something like that. As someone with 15+ years in customer service, it's disappointing to see an establishment with so much potential fall so short in this area. The staff comes across as cold, monotone, and uninterested in helping customers. To make matters worse, there seems to be little to no manager or lead support available to assist with bigger issues. Unfortunately, the customer service here has been a zero every time I've visited.

They have a pretty decent sized parking lot and on the premises most of the time you'll find up to two food vendors. This time around I really enjoyed the flower picking option which you can get a very large bundle for five dollars then you can also visit outback of their establishment of the very large harvesting area of their crops. Lots of produce provided by lots of local vendors brought in by large bin loads.. This time, I also noticed that they have peanuts that you can pick from a bin inside as well. And it does get super busy once school and work let out, especially since this is basically the only grocery store in the Cordelia/Green Valley area (unless you count Costco). They keep building more and more housing around here, but the staffing never seems to increase. My advice: shop during off-hours. Early morning or late at night is your best bet. Or just do what I do and order through the app. The Drive Up & Go service has always been convenient for me. The only downside is the people who park in the designated pickup spots even when they're not picking up an order. There are tons of regular parking spots, so why they do this is beyond me. My other gripe: they are always out of Cherry Dr Pepper and Blackberry Dr Pepper. They only ever seem to stock a few cases at a time, and of course they sell out immediately. Clearly they're popular -- just order more! Overall, it's an okay store with good staff but some frustrating operational issues.

The gem at Winco though, is the fried chicken, the wings(lemon pepper is ny goto), potato wedges and various potato and macaroni salads . (They also have a counter near checkout where you can buy cooked pizza(whole pies or by the slice) Checkout can be a little slow as it is a self bagging setup, but they usually have a healthy number of clerks working, and there is a self checkout lane for tgose with lower number of items.
