I did a Reiki session with Jeff last month. I didn't know what to expect but Jeff was very open and informative before we started. He made sure to ask questions about what I was comfortable with and checking in during the session. He did a whole body scan and then focused on some target areas. When I came to Jeff, it was in the middle of the afternoon, I was exhausted from my morning. I can't explain exactly what he did but I left the session feeling energized and ready to take on the rest of my day! Had my first real Reiki session with Jeff; it was overall a very pleasant and relaxing experience. He was welcoming, respectful and gave me plenty of notice as to how the whole session will go, I felt very comfortable and relaxed. I am very particular and picky regarding finding a practitioner to facilitate my healing. I found Master Jeff's IG and DMed him. We had a very good conversation on Ig which lead to a zoom call to discuss more about my needs and I really appreciate his expertise and ability to hold space. I scheduled a time to work with Jeff in person and Jeff allowed me to be fully vulnerable from the get go. I found myself moving in different ways and breathing in different rhythms as I felt the energy that was stuck within me start to release in different waves. There was a moment where I broke down completely in tears and I felt his warming presence and energy at my heart charkha. I went to Jeff's workshop about how to break a bad habit. It was very useful. During the workshop, I looked at why I was doing things that weren't beneficial for me and also supported me to do something about it that was realistic to my goal. Update (5/2023): I stand by my rating. It's been nearly a year of knowing Jeff and having him as my outside perspective and empowering guide. Through this time we've uncovered things in my subconscious that I was completely unaware of - the self-beat-up, the resulting self-centered thought processes, the origins of this behavior, and how I've perpetuated it as an automatic reaction. I learned to love myself, all of it. I learned to not run away from it, but instead to commit to improving myself with the awareness, to have a healthy relationship with the outcomes of my actions. I was a complete newbie to Reiki but Jeff gave me a rundown on what the process would be like and what to expect. His set-up and environment for our Reiki healing session was very relaxing. He asked me if there were any specific areas that I wanted to focus on. I had some issues with my right shoulder and so he focused his energy mostly on that. At the end of our session, he noted that he felt more tension in my left shoulder. Surely enough, a few days later and I felt some pain in my left shoulder. I believe Jeff's empathetic and intuitive nature allows him to be a great healer and channeler of energy. It was my first Reiki session and I left with a very positive impression of it. I deal with quite a bit of stress in my life and Jeff recommended I give Reiki a try. After the session I left feeling much lighter and relaxed than when I came in.
