Still my absolute favourite Asian supermarket after all these years…read more Their produce is fresh and crisp. The supermarket is clean and spotless. Large variety of everything you can think about is here. Prices are more expensive here but you really do pay for what you get. It's not just the products, it's also the customer service in my opinion. Cashiers are happy and will actually smile at you when checking out. Parking situation is a tad annoying since it's at First Markham Place, and it's always busy here. Overall, worth the hectic parking lot and the amount of people. It's the best Asian supermarket in Markham, hands down!

There are problems too;parking is a nightmare, especially on weekends. Sometimes, especially on weekdays when they're not busy, the security guard at the door tries to make himself look busy by harassing customers. Usually, while I look for parking, my teenage son goes in and starts shopping. But if the store is empty, security guard stops him from going in, for no reason. This happened multiple times. When the store is busy and there are lots of people, nobody does stuff like that. So our options are; deal with horrible parking lot on the weekends or deal with power tripping low intelligence security guards during the week. One time, he asked me to go in while my son would wait at the door. What?!? What kind of policy is that? I'm sure there's no such policy but the man didn't understand the instructions.

The store was busy on a Friday afternoon around lunch. Everyone was happily browsing around looking at fresh produce, baked goods, the rows of house made ice cream I found the aisles somewhat narrow, so leave anything you don't need to bring with you in the car. The store was clean and nicely organized. Staff were helpful and kind.

Pricey? Yes. Worth it? Yes!…read more I don't shop here often but when I do, their products are top notch - fresh and worth every penny! It's definitely expensive shopping here but you really do get what you pay for. I come here mainly for their bakery items like their famous jelly roll cake - a must get for the holidays! Their cookies here are baked in house and delicious as well. I often come here during the holidays for herbs as well, since herbs seem to sell out quickly at larger grocery stores. They really have everything that you need here. Butcher section also has great quality meat. As for their ice cream pints at the back of the store - you MUST get some! They are so delicious with unique flavours, some even with an Asian twist. Overall, a great grocery store to shop from if you have the means for it ;) OR stop in here once in a while to check out their specialty items like the jelly roll!

Yo, why can't we have an Asian Grocery Store this clean and nice in MI? Came here after checking…read moreout the Pacific Mall. My family and I had just eaten at the Pacific Mall, but man, wish we had saved ourselves for this spot. As far as an Asian grocery stores go, this is one of the cleaner, and better organized ones that I have been to, maybe ever. Not only are they clean, but they have a great variety of snacks and drinks, as well as your standard fare for everyday cooking. To me, the star of this place has to be their prepared foods area. Evidently after 8pm, they mark down lots of their prepared food items. From dim sum, to noodles, fried rice and other entrees, you can score plenty of items for $4-6 which were normally 2-3x that. I felt like a kid in a candy store and began snatching and hording all the things. I had to stop and remind myself we were on vacation, and would be living out of hotels for the next few days, so I limited myself to just a handful of items. We got some noodles, fried rice and dumplings, which we would end up eating for breakfast over the next few days. While nothing was mind blowing per se, the food was solid and certainly economical. If I lived in this area, I could see myself coming here on the regular just for the prepared foods. OVERALL - almost wish I hadn't come to this place, so I'd never knew what I was missing. Thank you Canada for showing me what's possible. CELEBRITY RATING - Simu Liu

But they also have an underground parking which has more spots available. I noticed that this T&T Supermarket is definitely on the smaller side compared to their other locations, especially the one at Warden & Steeles that is much bigger. Selection here is also less since their space is smaller. I came and got lucky with finding their viral $12 fried whole chicken and knew I had to get myself one. Took it home to have for dinner and it was delicious and definitely a bang for buck type of item. You can find prepared foods here like sushi, breads, dim sum, chinese dinner dishes and more. I like their loaves of bread here as there is a huge selection of this ranging from sweet to savoury. They have a fresh meat counter and seafood counter as well so your items can be as fresh as possible. They have self check out areas too if you're looking to check out without speaking to anyone. Remember to bring your own bags as they charge for grocery bags here (and everywhere in Ontario). Make sure to also get yourself a collectors points card for all the rewards.

You can also park on the side streets near the park and walk over. I come here pretty often to grab groceries. This store is pretty big compared to the one in downtown. I've been ordering their cakes as well. They offer cartoon cakes which is awesome, perfect for kids birthdays. The prices are pretty decent. I definitely prefer their cakes over other places as it's not overly sweet.
