His attention to detail is to be noted. He works hard, very hard, to give to the best experience possible. We weee happy with our choice. I was finally able to get a hold of someone in the kitchen, and they did send some food for the rehearsal, but nothing compared to what I had paid for. I confirmed on my end that I had emailed the correct date and had the proof to show them. They told me they would work on a reimbursement for me, but it took almost 4 months, and me threatening to involve a lawyer before I ever received any reimbursement. Nothing in the contract was delivered and we paid 4000.00 dollars for garbage we threw out. The food was full of salt, not cooked enough (raw chicken, raw greens, etc.), over cooked (burned dressing, burned ham, overcooked vegetables that were to have been fried corn and fried squash), stove top stuffing burned, watery potato salad, etc. I am willing to show anyone the photos of the dog food presented that we flushed down the toilet and garbage disposal, and sent back to her by her staff. The food was also delivered late and my family was completely disappointed and those that ate some of the food became ill. I would not have served this food to a stray dog.....beware.
