I decided to message them and immediately I had a response from Ellis. She has great knowledge of her job and even walked me through how it was going to be executed. She asked me great questions and provided detailed information. She even went beyond and above to set up a table décor set for me to verify my expectations and vision. I was sold and made my decision within 24-hours!! We scheduled the food tasting and made it all happen! Ellis, walked us through the whole tasting options of our choice, and overall very SMOOTH! The billing and communication were excellent, She was patient and answered ALL my questions throughout the whole process, and she kept me updated on payments, including verification on any changes or updates! Wedding Day: Despite encountering a brief 1-hour downpour due to Hurricane Francine, her staff exhibited exceptional flexibility in ensuring the success of Catering. Her staff had meticulous attention to detail assuring everything was fulfilled properly. She executed the job, Her staff were positive and with an EXCELLENT attitude towards the guests. Her staff were early, prepared, and with an awesome attitude. They all knew what exactly had to be done! Then on the day of, forget being on time - her staff was 30 minutes EARLY! The set up was absolutely beautiful - from the color schemes that aligned with the overall decor of the event, to the food which looked just as amazing as it tasted. They market themselves as a Brazilian steakhouse, but there was very little that felt Brazilian, or even steakhouse-quality, about it. The steaks had little to no flavor. Salt, pepper, and garlic can go a very long way, and this place didn't seem to use any of it. The result was meat that was bland and forgettable. Execution was also a problem. I ordered a NY strip, but a ribeye was brought out instead. That's a major miss on order accuracy, and it should've been caught by a kitchen quality-control check and again before it hit the table. To make it worse, the bar service was painfully slow. The bartender appeared to be on a date in the front corner of the restaurant, going back and forth between working behind the bar and eating dinner with his date. I ended up waiting on drinks most of the night. I wanted to like it, but between the bland food, the wrong steak, and the lack of service focus, I can't recommend it based on this visit.
