Food was okay. After along traffic filled bus ride this was the reprieve we needed. Staff were cheerful and helpful. The historic building served as a great ambiance to welcome you in. Add good company and this is a great Sunday dinner type of dining. After dinner stay while on the large open air front porch.

We came to Green Manor after attending church and if you want some food with a southern style feel to it, I would definitely recommend coming here, the food was good and cooked well. The inside of the restaurant is nice and has the feel as if you're in someone's house (you are, it was someone's home before becoming a restaurant). The peach punch was fantastic, and they offer free refills. The service was great and everyone was so nice, will definitely be back.

If you can get past the plantation type of feel to this place, you'd enjoy the food. The restaurant has an old feel to it with wallpaper and paintings that have an antebellum look to them. The food is southern cuisine style with collard greens, yams, fried chicken, fried fish, mac & cheese, various beans, corn bread, etc. The food was tasty, and there were no complaints there, but the desserts were not that great. I tried a little bit of most of them (banana pudding, peach cobbler, strawberry cake), and they were just ok. I was expecting more. The service was great. Everyone was attentive, kind and cleared your plates, as the food is offered buffet style, for your next round. The price is set at less than $30 for all you can eat. Definitely worth it if you're craving an old-school southern meal.

Ever heard of this place but family member brought us here. It's tucked away but it looks like an old plantation home. It open up it's almost like you walk back in time. It's buffet style it was very clean fried chicken fried and baked fish , greens , yams, corn , ribs , cabbage Mac and cheese salad rolls etc. so much to choose time I tried a little of everything I love it. It was well seasoned. Now only thing I would say I didn't care for the desserts ! The peach cobbler wasn't sweet and not great , the strawberry shortcake wasn't sweet but was mushy. Chocolate cake was dry:m. My only complaint were the desserts. the service was great very nice and attentive. I would return

Sit down or to go soul food on the south side of Atlanta (Union City). Went for the Sunday buffet. Staff was very friendly from greeters to servers. Went later in the afternoon so cannot speak to the crowd as although just about every seat seemed to be taken the buffet line moved fast. I did expect more to be on the buffet but it covers the staples and offers enough food options. The fried chicken, dressing and Mac and cheese are standouts and delicious. There are small dessert and cold salad/fruit stations. Offers a to go option by the weight. They offer small and large rooms if going with a group or you want to reserve for an event.

Since they don't offer poached eggs, I went with over-easy instead. I'd had their salmon years ago before they moved out of the plaza and wasn't a fan back then it felt straight out of a can. However, this time the salmon looked completely different. I could see onions peeking through, so I decided to play it safe and order just one patty. The Food: Grits: Smooth and tasted pretty good. Eggs: Over-easy eggs were fine, though slightly overcooked in the middle. Salmon Patty: Definitely an improvement from my last visit! It had a nice crust and wasn't overly salty. It could have used a bit more flavor, like extra onions, bell peppers, or Old Bay, but it was solid overall. Biscuit: Even though I rarely eat bread, this was soft, fresh, and not dry at all. Strik-O-Lickin Bacon: A total miss. It was dry, extremely salty, and burnt a waste of money. Soaking or rinsing the cured bacon to cut the salt content would make a world of difference. Service & Atmosphere: The restaurant was clean, and the staff was wonderfully courteous. A special shoutout to the new cashier you did an awesome job! Overall will probably eat there again, maybe for lunch.

For the most part, people seemed to enjoy it so I was convinced I should check it out. The restaurant is located inside of the Hilton airport Hotel. There is a secure parking lot that requires you to pull a ticket when you enter. The restaurant will validate the parking ticket for you ! When I walked in I was greeted by a staff member and seated immediately. Shortly after I was seated my wait staff came over and introduced herself. She took my drink order and said she would allow me time to look over the menu. I asked my wait staff her thoughts on the Mac and cheese. I am picky about eating Mac and cheese from places. Most don't know how to make real Mac & cheese ( if you know what I mean)! She told me it was pretty solid. - As such I ordered the following: Crab bisque Smoked chicken wing plate served with two sides: Mac & cheeses and asparagus were my picks! The crab bisque did take a long time to come out. It was so delayed that my main course came out shortly after the soup. It was not ideal, but I made it work! The crab bisque was solid. I would order it again. The wing plate also exceeded my expectations! I was impressed with the mac and cheese. The asparagus were large, which was concerning to me! Like how did they get so big? Steroids? Nonetheless, they were cooked to perfection! I did get the banana pudding to go- this was the only item I would not order again! It was basic and I only took a few bites and ended up trashing it . Overall I would reconned this spot! Service was spot on- and for a hotel restaurant the food is pretty good!

I decided to have a tapas-style dinner with food from The Works and just had to grab some chicken from Delilah's. The menu is plentiful without being overwhelming, except when it comes to picking a favorite between the flavorful options. I knew that I didn't want or need a full meal and opted for their 3 whole wing option that came paired with cornbread. The young man who took my order was so polite and patient, as there were a few folks in line and waiting for previously placed orders. He let me know that my order would be ready in about 15 minutes so I took the time to continue my food-finding journey around the market. When I returned later, I had lost track of time and figured I'd just poke my head around their stall to see if my chicken was ready. It wasn't at that moment but I took some time to observe the process. There was only one guy in the open kitchen and prep area creating all of the meals and he was on the move. If I could add smells to my review, this one would smell like fried chicken and cornbread. It was all so fresh! When my order was ready, I only made one other stop before heading to my car to go home to my family... but not before I tested those whole wings from Delilah's. When I say that they were fresh out of the grease? Babehhh. It's like he just threw them right into the basket only seconds before. It was sooo crunchy, so juicy, just a fantastic wing. The hot sauce was a nice pairing but some spice in the breading/meat would have taken it over the top but this chicken was delicious. No notes.
