I've been having issues with Optum RX getting my shot to my provider on time, and Lauren has done everything possible to ensure that she has my shot well in advance. Plus, every time I see her, we pick up right where we left off. With the previous group, each time was like I was a new patient. With Lauren, you can tell she really cares about you and knows her patients like she knows her own family. The fact that I don't have to remember where I got my shot the last time is an added bonus rarely found with any physician. Now, on to their front desk people. These folks knew I was skeptical and they seemed to understand ... explaining to me in understandable terms the benefits of healing from the inside out. There was nary a moment of discussion about leaving my comfort zone (of traditional meds), rather they set forth the worthy objective of getting better -- naturally -- so the meds might not be required at some point. The services here are all generally therapeutic in nature, but there is also some self-healing going on. I'm in this area only 1-2 times a year, and the practitioners here made sure that I knew of a similar place to go in the Houston area.
