I schedule a deep tissue massage with her every 6 weeks and if I go longer than that, I definitely feel off. I carry a lot of tension in my shoulders, neck, and upper back. Jenny really works on those areas to help alleviate the tension and loosen the knots that develop between sessions. I always feel stellar afterwards even -- Its like a hard reset for my tense muscles. They also got the time of my massage wrong and blamed me for it, canceled 15 minutes before the massage, even though I had in writing the actual time.
