Im hoping they can eventually make this improvement. The landlord apparently doesn't feel obligated to repair the boiler or replace with a more efficient, less expensive Mini split . I've been a landlord for almost 20 years and typically the landlords responsible for providing working heat. Believe its a law, and they should pursue it with the landlord. These are nice people running a local pretty darn respectable, restaurant. Restaurants in general have been getting hammered since Covid. If you think it's far in the past just ask any of them.
