Again I'm not asking for more since that's what a buffet is. However, We have also been feeling my extremely rushed to leave the past few times. She will also keep walking by staring at the receipt she gave you while you were in the middle of eating and it feels like they don't want you there. When we checked out we gave 15% tip (which i understand isn't the regular 20% but when you're only clearing my dishes I don't really see the need to tip full 20 -someone who is a server) However it's what she did that really made me upset. As my grandma was getting up from the table she rushed over in front of her and counted the cash tip in front of us, stared at us then heavily sighed and stormed off. I understand if you're upset but displaying the cash in front of us and counting it multiple times isn't going to get you a better tip either. Won't be returning after this. The food isn't good enough to feel like they want you to leave. I will say it's only the one older woman that has ever given me issues. Everyone else seems very friendly. I want to mention after reading all the reviews it's the SAME issues and it must be the same woman. - rushing you out after giving you the bill barely 20 mins in. - will not accept any tip less than 25% and will be mad straight to your face - awful service I'm confused why the restaurant won't address this?

On Sunday around seven, the restaurant was practically empty. Sushi boats typically contain sashimi, nigiri, and at least two special rolls selected by the chef. The Titanic at Ichiban comes with a Christmas Roll (spicy crunchy tuna, avocado, red tobiko) and a Honado Roll (tempura fried roll with spicy tuna, avocado, cream cheese). We asked whether it's possible to have a roll without cream cheese. It turned out we couldn't substitute the Honado Roll. So, we asked just to omit the cream cheese. A while later, our server came back with a proposal: for an extra charge, we could choose any other roll we wanted. By that time, we decided to have the original version of the Honado Roll with cream cheese. So, there was a bit of a hitch right at the start. With the Titanic boat, you choose between a miso soup or a salad. The soup was too salty but generally tasty. Now, very briefly about the sushi itself. We enjoyed almost everything. The Christmas Roll was very good. The salmon was superb. The fried Honado Roll came without the cream cheese, and I thought it was the least tasty sushi roll I have ever had. The shrimp nigiri were definitely a disappointment as well. Our server was pleasant and tried to be helpful from the beginning. Later, strangely, she came over to our table right in the middle of our conversation, while we were still enjoying our meal, and asked if we needed a container for leftovers. Leftovers?!
