I know…read morePublix has a reputation for friendly service, but the team at the Charter Colony Publix goes out of its way to keep its customers happy: helping at the self checkout, ensuring produce and meat/fish are fresh, helping find items on that "scavenger hunt" list from the spouse, and serving deli items to customer satisfaction. The store is always clean and well stocked with management checking frequently. You can always tell if it's a well managed store by how clean the aisles and restrooms look and the attitude of the employees. At this store, the employees are plenty happy!

Everything seemed disorganized in the deli and sushi area and where the prepared foods are located. There was a very limited selection and only a few packs of sushi to choose from and this was around 11:40am. I was afraid to even get the sushi that was there because the display case was so nasty looking. What happened to this place......it use to be clean and well stocked. I could see online that that location stocked Diamond Crystal baking salt but there was none on the shelves. Emily went back to the stock room and came out with the prize- 2 canisters of the salt !! But the worst part of the experience is the self serve checkout which often has less half the machines working at one time. And when I got home I realized I may have left my tumbler there. I called and the staff confirmed that I indeed left my cup and that they would have it at the service desk for me. I just went back this morning and they had placed my cup in a bag noting that it would be picked up. And I just appreciate that so so much!
